Great hotel for Bills Game Clean rooms. Good free breakfast. But staff super friendly. Hotel was packed for Bills game. But was very quiet. Slept well after 6 hours driving. Easy friendly check in too. Only complaint if you could consider it is the shower had a dent in floor. I am sure it was probably caused by a guest and not cost effective to replace tub. Overall a good experience.

Enjoyed our Holiday Inn Express stay in Hamburg! We had a mini-reunion of college friends, and our husbands, and stayed at this Hamburg, NY Holiday Inn Express. The location was perfect for events on Lakeshore Drive and also in Buffalo for a boat cruise and the casino. We like how the hotel is set back from the main road and we had a very quiet stay at night to sleep. The extra room, chairs, and the couch in our king suite were perfect for gathering our friends. Michelle, at the front desk, was EXCELLENT to us - very accommodating to our needs and always pleasant! The king bed was little soft, but we realize that is individual preference and several in our group loved the beds!

Dirty Rooms Possible While we checked in, a man asked for another room because he’d been given a dirty room. It was 10 pm and I asked the lady giving us the key if she was sure our room was clean, so she went upstairs with us. There was grease on the desk and the bedside stand; otherwise it looked clean. So she went and got cleaner and cleaned the mess. Right before going to bed I grabbed a Kleenex and it was the last one in the box. In the morning, no body wash in the shower. I reported this at the front desk and they said we got a dirty room. That the front desk lady gave out dirty rooms last night. It was not a crowded parking lot so this makes no sense.

Filthy, check your entire room!! Gross!! Go somewhere else! Filthy!!! If you stay here check your ENTIRE room before accepting it! We had a group of 8 rooms, and every single one ended up with problems all associated with cleanliness. Our room we found dirty sheets, floors not cleaned, stained towels, mold/dirt on ceilings and walls, very out dated scratched/damaged furniture. Our daughter’s room had an ice bucket with a half-drank beverage and dried vomit, dirty towels rolled back up and put on shelf. The list goes on from our other rooms in our group. Front desk unattended overnight as we found issues so they could not even be addressed. Entire place smells like spray to cover odors and old mildew. Breakfast was sketchy too. Morning manager made aware and their solution was to give us bonus points in the membership. No thanks, we won’t stay at another hotel in this chain so definitely won’t need bonus points. This is like a 1980s movie, down a dark end road, just smells of bad. Pick somewhere else.

Nice, clean, quiet large room The room was very nice - large and clean with a good shower. Better than expected for similar tier hotels. Check in was fast and easy, and breakfast was as expected. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi were nice. Very quiet even on Friday night. We would stay again if we are in the area.
