Great visit and marvelous solitude I enjoy the peace and quiet! Staff was courteous, and one never knows just who they will meet upon staying at your Inn. Your location is ideal because accessing Rt. 61 is very convenient and restaurants are at your fingertips! Thanks again to all at your inn.

Hotel staff & GM are horrible! I have stayed at this hotel in the past on numerous occasions and have always been happy. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about this time. Apparently, the hotel is under new management. My husband always books our room online, but on check-out pay in cash. The general manager, told us that paying in cash was impossible - is cash not king anymore? The phone in the room didn't work & the floor squeaked like something out of a horror movie. In the past, breakfast had always been simple but ok. This time, no orange juice & the apple juice was so sweet it was like syrup. When I asked the staff member for more creamers, she basically rolled her eyes at me - seriously! The final straw was all the staff were out back smoking with the GM, who was bitching to her staff about an encounter she had with a guest who had asked her for a bathtub stopper. This GM is super unprofessional, not only in dealing with her guests, but also in her attire; wearing a hoddie and a baseball cap. I will never stay here again!

Night at the Microtel The most important thing about a hotel, comfortable bed and quiet heat/cooling unit. Bathroom also clean. However, the furniture was worn. The TV was small and set so big parts of the screen on the left and right were cut off. Most importantly, the floor creaked and moan so badly, we literally considered whether we were likely to fall through the floor. Never been in a major chain where I wondered about the structural integrity of the building. Elevator also groaned so much, didn't give you confidence that it was going to get you where you needed. True continental breakfast with no warm or prepared food. Oh and finally, didn't need load music coming from the attached Pub.

Unhappy Place needs to be updated the place had a smells. Floor made noises as you walked on it. Breakfast was for children,

Great place to stay near Cabella's Very clean, comfortable room! Staff is very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left some valuables behind when I checked out, and Devin, the General Manager went above and beyond to make sure they were quickly and safely shipped back to me! Great overall experience!
