Stellar Staff makes this place great. This hotel has the greatest staff in the world. I love the beach so I visit anytime of year and the thing I look forward to is seeing the awesome people that work there. The rooms are nice, the food is great, the bar is fun, the drinks are great but the staff is stellar.

First visit of 2026 Our first visit back to the Ashworth in 2026 was fantastic. Although when we arrived, Ron was not working we received a family like reception as always. This time we were welcomed at the front desk by Tatianna Bryant. Tatianna was so professional and true pleasure to meet. Check in was a breeze, the room was immaculate and so comfortable. Thank you Tatianna and the Ashworth. We will definitely be back. Joe Lahiff

Tatiana Bryant is who checked me in and she was accomidating !! Tatiana Bryant was the one who greeted me when I came in she knew exactly who I was and called me by my first name she was so sweet and absoulutley amazing at her job the first room she put me in was not cleaned she apologized multiple times and accomidated me with another room and into a bigger room the room was extremely clean and so beautiful!! The couple times I did go downstairs thru the lobby she was cleaning something mopping answering phones and handling questions s from customers I haven't had this kind of customer service in a long time and she did it with a smile she is a complete Rockstar thank you Tatianna for making my stay feel so welcoming !! If I could give more than a 5 ☆ review on her customer service it would be 100❤️❤️

Had fun celebrating new years eve to the new year 2026 We had a good time it being are first time here in this hotel. Staff was pretty nice and respectful. Breakfast was really good. The room was comfortable and so were the beds. Rooms were pretty clean and had no bad smell... what i think was pretty cool was that they had a couple water bottles on the dresser for us and everything was well organized. We can definitely say we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, comfortable and great service Excellent service from Diane at Wharfside Cafe. Diane is always providing prompt friendly service. Hotel is clean and all are welcoming. Stayed here several times never having a bad experience.
