Great Customer Service Thank you to Mrs. Tammi and staff for making our visit a great experience. From the moment we checked in, we were provided with excellent customer service. The suite was spacious clean, linen was fresh and laundered. As a Diamond member, we were not disappointed. The location was excellent accessible to everything...restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again !!!

Lovely update, nice breakfast and fantastic staff I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location, updated lobby, cozy suites, and exceptional customer service. Aseb offered a warm welcome and Sam addressed my concerns ensuring a pleasant stay. Rashad takes pride in "a job well done" and "Tammy's Cafe" serves really delicious, nutritious breakfast. I found all of the maids friendly and accommodating and look forward to my next visit.

Very Clean Renovated Hotel is Hampton, Virginia. This Hotel was very nice, but a couple of things were not so up to par. First off, I know that this hotel has changed its name and renovated the place, which they did do a good Job, but some of the renovations in the room were falling apart like the bathroom tub, the outside was not so great looking. Also, the pictures showed that the room would have a separate room from the Queen Beds, but it did not. The room was not as big it was supposed to be. Plus, we were the first room on the first floor, right by the lobby and right by the elevator, which during the night, we heard a lot of noises. But on a good note, the room was clean, breakfast was nice, and the breakfast staff was amazing.

Thanks Ms. Tammi and staff The staff are great people and made my stay a amazing time. They make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. Ms. Tammi was so nurturing and nice. She made me feel a little piece of home. I really want to take the time to thank everyone on the staff and know I appreciate everything they done for me. I will definitely come back.

Great experience The staff checking me in Latanya I think was courteous and manager Sam was just fantastic! Professional and courteous. The room was immaculate. Housekeeping Lady on 3rd floor for my room 311 was the best! She was from New York! Lovely dmile and just so courteous. Upon check out I ask for a luggage trolley and the big guy assisted me to my my truck and didn't want a tip but I insisted. I would definitely return here.
