Wouldn’t stay at this location again… This hotel does not warrant the charge. We were a late arrival and first thing we noticed was very poor lighting in the parking lot. There are renovations going on but I’m honestly not sure if our room was considered renovated. There were not enough towels. The floor appeared to be new laminate but the bathroom floor was soft. There were stains on walls. Painting that was done was sloppy, paint on switch plates, toilet paper holder etc. The only reason we stayed was because no avail at other hotels. The bed wasn’t bad. I would not stay here again,

Should not be open with these issues Hotel was not ready for guest. Construction in progress. Staff oblivious to issues. Market Place food service never opened. My room had poor fitted A/C unit, bathroom door would not shut, bathroom door hit toilet, wall socket not installed properly, greasy finger prints in many locations, no hot water in shower. Guests should not be used as quality inspectors for projects.

Horrible hotel I am currently at this hotel that should not bear the Marriott name, it’s horrible. While the staff are friendly, the property is not well kept and there is some type of horror movie pool outside our room. But, the kicker is the hotel has no face towels!! We have two for four people and the hotel has no more. Are we supposed to share?! This is the absolute worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’m calling corporate for a refund. Do not stay here

Hotel needs better cleaning, upgrades and procedures Stayed one night on first floor. Room was damp and floors were slippery from moisture. Could not adjust room temp. Gym was a mess with no AC, poor lighting, missing equipment and no cleaning equipment. There was dirty laundry piled in hallway all night. Looks like lots of renovations going on with junk piled in hallways. In their defense, nothing was so bad that I complained to the desk. Seems they need more staff.

Courtyard disappointment My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while in Hampton for a basketball tournament. We’ve stayed in a number of hotels and a few Courtyards but were very disappointed in this stay. All of the ice machines were out of order along with the men’s room bathroom in the lobby. There was no daily room service. Our room had 2 washcloths and 2 towels. Nothing extra. We had to call the front desk for a roll of TP and an extra pillow. There was no breakfast service other than coffee, cereal bars and packaged muffins. While the employees were helpful the environment wasn’t anything like we’ve come to expect from Marriott. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience.
