Unhappy stay which made me rather nervous and could not stay in the room due to extreme heat as it was unsafe to open wi Room was not properly cleaned especially the bathroom but because of night arrival we did not bother to complain. Of the 6 nights we spent there room was only looked at 2 times in late afternoon. Breakfast was not fresh. Disappointed as it was better 2 years ago

Stay and park Excellent pre-holiday one night stay with parking for one week and taxis to and from Manchester airport included. Will definitely use again. Lovely staff in all areas.

Be aware parking fines Booked a double room for one night arrived late in the night. Got my sister car in the morning to pick up my cases got a 100 pound fine for being there for 34 mins You have been warned avoid it at all costs.a complete and utter scam look elsewhere to be safe.

Very nice, but disappointed as refused food in bar at such an early time Very good staff, decent stay, park and taxi deal but disappointed as chef refused to cook simple bar food at 8.40pm after a long day travelling. We ate in town, 5 mins walk away at a Greek restaurant which was amazing. Room was very nice, breakfast was excellent but being refused food at such an early time is baffling. We spent lot of money to stay, would have spent more to eat, drink, wine etc but being refused is unacceptable at such a time. UK really need to step up to 21st century tourism. We would stay again but eat elsewhere in evening as so many great options close by, its hotels loss.
