Asked for a discount due to no TV. No discount given. We were passing through Hannibal on our way home, so it was a single night stay. When we settled in our room for the night, we tried to use our TV. The TV did not work. I called the front desk to seek help but they told me they were not well versed on the TV and some other rooms had no TV. When we checked out in the morning I nicely asked for a discount for the room due to no TV. The lady at the front desk said she needed to talk to the manager. To date we have received no discount.

Terrible Hotel I reserved two room here six months in advance thru hotels.com and tried to cancel and was told no refunds four months in advance. This is terrible hotel talked to manager named Patel who says tough luck. The hook is to charge you in advance with no cancellations. Local people talk about the bed bugs.

IF YOU ARE DISABLED, READ THIS REVIEW. Upon check in, the desk clerk and I literally had to yell at each other to be heard over the noise of the bar. There were no accessible parking locations available, possibly due to my late arrival (approx 10pm), however this was made more problematic due to the fact that none of the side doors of the hotel could be accessed from the outside, with a room key or without. This was not related to the time of arrival. All the doors had signs that they could not be used for entry and the desk clerk apologized that none of them were working. Therefore, I had to park in front to check in, move the car to the back of the building, and walk around the building to return to the front to re-enter the hotel. As a disabled person, this was a significant hardship. I had requested and was given an accessible room. However, the carpeting in the room is covering a very uneven floor surface which was difficult, if not dangerous, for my wife and I to walk on. Additionally, the bed in the room was exceedingly tall (30 inches off the floor). If you are disabled and not long-legged, you may find this difficult to sit on and quite literally climb into for sleeping. It was actually as tall as the desk, the back of the chair, and the mid-sized refrigerator. If you are accustomed to sleeping on the kitchen counter, you will have no issues. On a positive note, the breakfast was good.

Only Adequate With a checkin time of 3 pm our room wasn't ready until after 5. The room had the unique oder of cigarette smoke in a non smoking hotel. The curtains were held up by duct tape. Room keys didn't work on side doors or the pool areas. Pool area towels were unavailable. The continental breakfast was adequate but without silverware on our first morning. Things were a little better the second morning but never once did I see anyone wipe off the tables between guests. While the staff is courteous, our stay was underwhelming.
