Staff was fabulous! Clean facilities and we enjoyed the pancakes. Would stay here again! We arrived exhausted and were quickly checked in our room. Nothing like a clean spacious room after traveling! Bathroom was spacious as well as the bedroom. Breakfast was good. Shuttle was booked for morning departure and was on schedule.

Quiet Convenience with Room for Improvement **Holiday Inn Express Baltimore BWI Airport West Review** This hotel is located in a quiet, serene area just minutes from gas stations, dining, shopping, and the Live! Casino & Hotel. It's conveniently attached to a 24/7 Denny’s restaurant, making it easy to grab a meal at any time. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary breakfast, a nice touch to start the day. The rooms are well-equipped with Dove-branded liquid hand soap and shower gel, a large mini fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker with k-pods. Additionally, there are ample plugs and USB ports, which is great for charging multiple devices. However, the bed was uncomfortable; the mattress felt overused and beaten down, clearly overdue for replacement. The pillows were poor quality – too soft and totally collapsed, providing no support. I also noticed a stain on the bed covering, which was off-putting. The in-room lighting was too dim, making it difficult to apply beauty products. The front desk clerk mentioned that they are working on upgrading the beds. Once they do, this hotel will be a fantastic option for lodging.

Fine, if average, choice. Stayed for a few nights while in town on business. Carpeted floor, which is not my preference. Tv with a good number of channels. Nightstand light has a plug, but if you use a USB to plug adapter it may be too big to fit as mine was. There was a plug behind the headboard I was able to use. Mini fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable enough, two firm and two soft pillows. The bed linens felt synthetic, though, which I find makes for less comfortable sleep. My room had a bathroom with accessibility aids, so I think that cut down on my counter space. Dove full sized body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the shower, and hand wash and lotion (a nice touch) by the sink. Free breakfast of the standard mass produced items. I didn't eat it. A Dennys is attached, so if I had had more time in the morning I would have gone there. Plenty of parking. Small exercise room but with enough basic items, and outdoor pool. Walkable to a few restaurants.

Great front desk personnel and shuttle driver… Check-in was so easy and our room was great. The Italian restaurant next-door was wonderful, Recommended by the front desk, by the way…..our shuttle driver Theresa (I think that was her name) was wonderful. We had her going to the airport and coming back from the airport .. she was fantastic and the people that work there were very pleasant.

Good decent hotel in a good location. This hotel was very close to the Baltimore airport. Also, less than 15 minutes from downtown Baltimore. The room was very good and was more than sufficient for me and my friend. Food near by- Yes, there were several restaurant in the area, including G&M Seafood. They have some of the best crab cakes. Access to DC- The BW Parkways is just a short drive away and can get you into DC, in less than 35 minutes, if there's no traffic. More like an hour plus, if there is traffic. I'd stay here again.
