FIVE DAYS WITH THE GRANDKIDS We stayed here for 6 nights while visiting our grandkids. The outside could use some sprucing up. However, the lobby, dining area, and our room were great. Normal size room with very comfortable bed. We both had a good nights sleep. Continental breakfast was OK: eggs waffles, 2 cereal options, bagels, muffins, and eggs and a meat Best thing about our stay was the help of the assistant manager, Kevin. We had a problem, caused by me in booking the room, with our reservation. Kevin was extremely helpful and understanding in fixing my mess up. Thank-you Kevin for your assistance.

Pleasant Stay Even though the hotel is a bit dated, the room was very large, clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast was not that great.

Good for the most part The staff was friendly and very efficient. The breakfast options were enough to cover most appetites or diet and very clean. The rooms could use some upgrades. The furniture was mared and could use some TLC. The bathroom was definitely clean and well stocked. The bed very comfortable. My one complaint was the ironing board cover. Stained and gross in my opinion as that would cost minimal to replace. Easy check in and out and close to Hershey Park and large option of restaurants near by.

Great location but needs a facelift I was happy to bring my fur baby and the cost per night was reasonable. I used wyndham points so I can't speak as strongly to the value. The staff was nice, the place just needs an update.
