After only a few hours after posting that review, GM Randy Stuart reached out to further understand and to ultimately make things right. It is not only extremely impressive, but also refreshing to have someone care that much about your stay. The prompt call and correction to the problem ensures that we will be back to the Red Lion to give them another shot.

New Year Mini Getaway My husband and I decided to take an impromptu trip to Pennsylvania to unwind after the holidays. We had a great time. As usual, we ended up staying at the Red Lion Hotel in Harrisburg. It's always a pleasure. Contact Randall Stuart for the best rates ever! See you soon.

For A Great Reasonably Priced Hotel Stay The Experience Is Always Great For Me. Nice location, Great Customer Service And Great Hospitality. I'm from Hbg. And Moved 20 + Years ago. This is my go to hotel when I visit. Not a 5 star hotel but the rooms are always clean and Service is great. Nice location for all my needs when staying there. Mgr. On duty Terrence, was very courteous, friendly and catered to my every need above and beyond. Ben, Heather & Brittany were very courteous & Hospitable also. I Highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel for a comfortable stay.

Home away from Home We visit the Harrisburg/Hershey area twice a year. We always stay at the Red Lion hotel. Their hospitality is unequaled! The rooms are good size. We appreciate the indoor pool in the winter. Thanks again , Randy for another memorable vacation! You and your staff never disappoint us! Happy New Year to you and your team!
