Very Pleased I chose this hotel mainly due to its location as I was returning home from a long trip and this would be an overnight before continuing on . I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice and welcoming this hotel was. The staff was friendly and got me checked in quickly. My room was on the first floor, away from the lobby and on the back side of the hotel. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The room had a comfortable arm chair and ottoman, which made relaxing easy. There is a breakfast in the morning, that was nice, there were a lot of choices like: fruit, yogurt, bagels, pastries, and a pancake maker. Coffee is available 24 hours. There is a coffee machine in the room too. The area is convenient to grab something to eat and it's close to the highway.

Room was ok but needs renovations The hotel is in a good location. I liked that the windows open to have fresh air in my room. The rooms do need some renovations. The carpets was old and did not look the cleanest. The price was very reasonable, so I guess you get what you pay for. The breakfast included was good. We did enjoy the Diner that shares the same parking lot for a quick supper when we arrived.

Annoying motion lights in room. Automatic motion lights are incredibly annoying. Every time I got up at night to go to the bathroom everyone was awakened by a bright light. Then you are blinded by a flood of light in the bathroom. After being awakened the nearby traffic noise was really bad. Didn’t sleep much. Tv was in a frame and you couldn’t access HDMI. Jacuzzi had no jets. Difficult to watch tv from the sofa.

Smelly, dirty, falling apart My boyfriend and I stayed here last night when we came to town for a concert. Aside from the woman at the front desk having an attitude, the second floor hallway smelled like an ashtray, there were scuffs and chunks missing out of the walls and furniture in the room, the dresser looked like it had been repaired with masking tape and painted over with a vaguely matching color, there was hair on the shower wall, handprints and streak marks on the bathroom walls, both beds were visibly lopsided, our room keys stopped working and we had to get new ones when we got back from the concert at midnight, the dresser and nightstand drawers were filthy, the water coming out of the sink smelled like bleach, the curtains had what appeared to be rust and mold stains on them, and the ac unit was built pre-1980, at least. I’ve stayed in sketchy roadside motels that were cleaner and in better condition. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again. And I think the experience may have turned me off of Quality Inns in general.
