Great hotel! We were there this past summer with 3 different groups. Andy, the manager, and the whole staff are a pleasure to work with. They made sure our rooms were grouped together (not be taken for granted) and were so helpful in making sure our staff/campers felt at home while there. It's our second straight season visiting and we look forward to returning in the future.

Old People Stay Away My wife and I are in our 60s and the day we were leaving for this hotel (600 miles away) a tooth broke and needed emergency work. After treatment it was so late we would never make it, so I called and told them. Even though we had a medical emergency and proof, they still billed us for the room. We were previously repeat customers but this will be our last time with this hotel, this chain, and Expedia..

Expectations Met Stayed two nights for a Hersheypark vacation. Every place nearby was booked solid around Harrisburg but found this hotel for under $100 for two nights was a great value comparatively. The hotel is right off route 322 with lots of retail across the highway (Target, Chilis, PetCo to name a few). Just about 15-18 minutes to Hersheypark by car. There is a Rodeway Inn connected to the same parking lot that's being torn down? At least it's what it appears to be anyway, the mattresses and room furniture are all piled up in the driveway next to the building being demolished. Yet all the lights in the remaining building were on, you could even connect to their wifi still lol. We stayed in a one king suite with pull out sofa. The ceilings of the room must have been 12 feet tall I'm not sure if that's a fourth floor thing though. The indoor pool looked nice, didn't use it. The fitness room had a sign that said it was closed. The breakfast won't win any prizes, no hot foods other than waffles. Breakfast sandwiches you can nuke along with yogurt, cereal and some muffins. The one elevator setup was rough trying to get out and or in at almost any hour. Overall it's a clean place for such a value. Will probably look for a place with better breakfast options next time.

Doesn't live up to its own advertising It's close to highways and room was clean. That's the only good points. To use their own rack card: Heated pool. NO. "Deluxe breakfast." NO. Waffles to make yourself, OK, but breakfast sandwiches to microwave, muffins, yogurt and cereal. That's it. Oh and they ran out of food (the sandwiches) during breakfast and their regular coffee machine was out of order. They also sell sodas and snacks at the front desk - that's because the vending machine on at least the fourth floor isn't there. And forget about the coffee being available all the time because there isn't any. Definitely not worth the $$$ paid for a room - this is more like a $50 room. Won't be back.

Dirty moldy It was just gross. Booked online with Expedia, had decent review. The room was stinky, the carpet was so bad we kept our shoes on. The bathroom was full of mold… you could smell the mold. Front desk staff on check out was unfriendly. Cleaning crew were loud.
