Quality Inn

Still some quality in Quality Inns I admit it, we chose the Quality Inn here because it seemed like the best that we could do at a reasonable price on the date that we needed, and I have had decent experiences in the past in Quality Inns. We weren't disappointed, and were actually impressed by the cleanliness of our room and of the breakfast area. The hotel lacks an elevator, so we requested first floor rooms in advance, and got them with no problem. There was even a cart available to use to transport suitcases and so on from your car to the room. The hallway to the rooms was pretty dimly lit, but we had no trouble finding the rooms and entering them. I wish that there had been more outlets and even some USB ports available, and that there had been more places to open suitcases, but overall the room was fine. The mattress was one of the most comfortable that I have experienced in a hotel and I had a very good sleep. The free breakfast was pretty average, but I did enjoy my waffle, sausage, and cranberry juice. And the breakfast area and table area were both very clean, something that I appreciated.

Disgusting and vile Disgusting room. There was someone’s bowel movement all over toliet and sheets. Air conditioner did not work properly. Front desk came to room as we were waiting on hold and screaming obscenities at us. Finally agreed to give refund after I told him we would call law enforcement. When going back downstairs to front desk he ran in back like a coward.

OK Stay for the money It says Quality Inn, but it feels more like a Super 8 or Days Inn. There's no elevator so try for first floor if you have mobility issues. The room was OK - can't complain for a night's sleep.Basically located in a commercial district, although noise level was not bad.

There’s zero quality at this Quality Inn Needs remodeled and updated desperately. Mold and smoke smell unbearable. The door lock was broke on one of our party’s room. The toilet flap and handle were broke in our room. We paid $150 a night for a unpleasant experience. The only good thing about this hotel is the location to softball fields.

Great Value Super comfortable bed and immaculately clean room/bath. Nice breakfast selections, too. Easily accessible to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. (The House of Yesterday, IMAX and planetarium are great!) Staff is very accomodating.
