Hampton Inn Haverhill ARROGANT PLACE TO STAY.. The place is very arrogant. A large spacious room is clean descent and well decorated ..complete equipment to use..the bathroom akso is great.. very shiny floor. Includes the amenities is very great...offer an indoor saltwater pool excersize room. And free breakfast recently the property is very excelkent & luxurious...service is good. and the visitors is very welcoming..staff is kind and helpful..... Good hotel. Unhealthy breakfast. The beds are so comfy! The hotel is clean, affordable, and welcoming. And conveniently located. My only complaint was the breakfast. Nothing but highly processed, sugar rich foods. Even the yogurt was thickened with cornstarch. The peanut butter has molasses in it. The breakfast syrup for the waffles was flavored corn syrup. I try to eat well. This was not possible at the included hot breakfast.

Nice hotel Nice hotel. Bed covers and pillows Totally Hilton. Comfy bed. For some reason they do not vacum the carpets in the hallways for two days. Too bad. The TV is big. Maybe too big. Nice carpet. Staff friendly. Bath clean with good hot water, towels and amenities. Otherwise real nice. They are presently decorating the interior of the elevators. I like it here.

Would Stay Again Close to the 495. Clean. Wonderful staff. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. We were too tired to go out for supper but the front desk staff recommended a pizza place nearby. Very good pizza but unfortunately cannot remember the name.

Leaking ceiling, smoking _ rooms , Leak in ceiling onto sleeper sofa . No apology given at all only switched my room to a cigarette infested room which triggered my allergies and came home sick no sleep . And lied about reimbursement of $100 plus my refundable deposit of $50. They only gave back deposit not the $100 deductible
