Good stop. Great room! We had two very comfortable chairs with ottomans. Nice desk. Beds are always good at Hampton. Breakfast was good, I had a cheese omelette and fruit. Shower gel pump in room 202 needs replacing. I liked the bathroom vanity. Nice ledge for toiletries. Good shower, I like a seat is the shower for leg shaving but there was a bar. When it’s 100 outside I would request a room on the east side. Air conditioner works but it had a hard time keeping up on the west side.

A++++ experience! We stayed here twice in June 2024 going to and from Las Vegas. Wonderful experience both times. We booked two rooms each time. Check-in was seamless and my request to have side-by-side rooms was accommodated. The female who checked us in the first time (don't know her name but she was there around 7pm on a Thursday) was super nice. When I inquired about a carnival down the street, she gave us details and looked up some additional information for us. Brandon checked us in on our return trip. He was incredibly welcoming, genuine, and so helpful. We arrived late at night and he quickly told us that dining establishments nearby would close in 10 minutes (except the IHop), so we hurried out and were able to grab food to bring back to our rooms. The rooms here are clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful too. All in all, we highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!

Much to like, but in need of maintenance repairs and needs door noise control We usually expect more in terms of door noise control and maintenance from Hampton hotels (details below). Other things were good…the breakfast was good / what I would expect at a Hampton (well stocked; cut up melons in addition to the standard apples, bananas, oranges; sliced smoked sausage; nicer muffins/scones than at other hotels; two flavors of waffle batter; etc.). The room we stayed in (221) was a nice setup (plenty of room, couch area, comfy bed, huge big screen TV, clean); however, it needed some maintenance and upgraded door design. Because these were significantly lower quality than we expect at a Hampton (especially the door noise and the hot water issue), we gave a two star review. Here are things we would have preferred be different: 1. The doors in this hotel slammed shut really loudly and created quite a noisy place. We heard many doors slam shut as we were in our room that one night stay. It wasn’t people purposely slamming the doors…the doors (including ours) would slam loudly if you just let it shut on its own. You could see light from the hallway at the door edges (i.e., they did not seal well against the door frame) so sound could travel through that air space well. It would have been more like other Hamptons we’ve stayed at if the doors were buffered more. For this reason alone, we will likely look for a different hotel next time. (We expect loud doors at other hotel chains, just not Hampton.) 2. The hot water at the sink was all but nonexistent in our room (just the slightest trickle of water when the handle was positioned on the hot water side…way too small to be usable), which we didn’t notice until late at night (about 11:15pm) and we didn’t want to ask to switch rooms that late. We reported it next morning to the front desk, and they gave us a discount (20%). Hopefully they also fixed the hot water in that room before renting it to another guest. 3. The toilet didn’t flush normally…had to hold the flusher handle down for at least 10 seconds to get the water to flow enough to flush, but at least it would flush if we stood there holding the handle down until the flushing was finished. 4. The bathroom door didn’t latch closed so it could be just pushed open by someone touching the door and it couldn’t be locked because even if you engaged the lock, it didn’t work because the door didn’t latch for the lock to be effective. 5. The lighting in the room was ok, but wasn’t as good in the room as other Hamptons we’ve been at. 6. The wall had a temperature controller, but it wasn’t setup to work. Instead, the air was controlled by the controls on a window a/c / heater unit. The front desk rep was very pleasant and apologetic with us when we reported the bathroom issues, and he agreed to our request to a discount (gave us a 20% discount).

Excellent Customer Service! I don't typically review chain hotels but this one requires it. As I write this, I am currently still staying here. I had a situation where I went on a road trip, stayed here on the way, and on the way home - but when I went to leave, my car died. This happened on a Saturday - so I had to extend my stay until the dealership reopened - ugh - long story short - this will be my 6th night staying here - so I feel like I know this hotel pretty well. First off, when the staff heard about my situation, they went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I have to mention Brandon (offered to look at my car), Kat (hunted down a floor lamp so I had more light), and Angie (told me about things to do around the area, gave me dinner coupons, and was just so sweet) - everyone here is just so friendly and helpful!! Secondly, both the breakfast and the M-Th light dinners are tasty and filling. I'm a pro at that waffle maker now! I love how they mix up, not only the hot breakfast choices, but the waffle batter as well! They always have two - one is the plain batter and then they offer something else. So far I've seen blueberry, cinnamon roll, and red velvet. Also, the bacon here is superb! Last the rooms. I've stayed in five different rooms now. Some are fully remodeled and some they are still working on. If you go with the 4th floor (king bed), you're probably getting a full remodel. I especially love that they have two different places to sit in the king room that you can work at. They have a desk - but they also have a "reading area" with a comfy chair, rolling ottoman(s), and a floor lamp for extra light. Bonus! It's just a really nice room - especially if you're here on an extended stay.

Lovely hotel This hotel was very nice. It was located very close off the highway. Our room was clean, very functional, with a comfortable chair and king size bed. It looked new. The bathroom had a stall shower. The a/c was noisy but it didn’t bother us. Breakfast was the usual Hampton fare.
