Amazing stay People at the front desk were super friendly and very accommodating on a late check out for me after have to arrive late in the night. The room was very nice and well cleaned and the shower was super hot as a choice diamond member I stay here everytime I come to St. Louis

Just ok. Elevator was broken during our entire 3 night stay and they put us on the 3rd floor. Rooms were just ok. Walls were thin as we heard the neighbor snoring and the loud cleaning people in the mornings. It wasn't anything fancy for sure. Probably won't stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff Good clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great accessibility to restaurants, airport and businesses. Would definitely stay there in the future. The booking aspect, given it was through CLC was done quickly and easily which is not the case with some other hotels.

Overall Experience was Great!! Hotel was cleaned, breakfast was good and Staff was excellent. Had to go to front desk because key was not working, front desk person apologized and re-keyed me. My room was cleaned. I had to ask housekeeping for toilet paper, felt that should have been in bathroom already.

Cold/ like warm showers I had cold to luke warm water. I was told it would be fixed and wasn’t. I had booked thru booking.com and their customer service called front desk and was told they were busy and call back in 10 minutes. When I called, front desk rep told me they had big group checking in and I would have to call back later.
