Quality Inn in Helen, Georgia was Affordable, clean, comfortable and walking distance from everything! I arrived with low expectations and am pleasantly impressed. We were assigned the first room on the second floor, of a two story concrete free standing motel building. There was a safe private parking lot with a spot located immediately in front of our room. The walkways and covered hallways were all freshly pressure washed and painted. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I didn’t pay ritz Carlton rates so I didn’t expect resort amenities or high quality towels or toiletries. I slept well and my family enjoyed the breakfast. The biggest advantage of this motel is the location. It is a block from Betty’s country store, that has everything anyone could possibly need or want, and coffee shops, candy shops, souvenir shops, clothing boutiques and many restaurants within walking distance. Please note as of 7/2024 there is a swimming pool but is not in working order. Overall it was efficient affordable and a positive experience. I would rebook without hesitation and recommend that others do the same.

Terrible! Do NOT stay at the Quality Inn!!! Total dump is an understatement. Parking lot was under construction & very congested/dangerous! Pool was closed as well. Room had been somewhat renovated but was filthy. None of these conditions were disclosed when I made my reservations. Complaints to the owner resulted in a very insincere apology. ___

Nice Stay This motel is our stand by when we visit Helen with our dogs. The room is clean and the the employees are the BEST ever! Couple of things that need fixing. 1. Please stop advertising that you have a pool. Truthfully you do have one but it probably hasn’t been functional in years and according to one employee, it’s going to be filled. 2. Please put outside some chairs by every room, not just a few. Otherwise no complaints!

Great location and newly renovated Great property newly renovated. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms look a lot better than when I stayed before. The free popcorn in the afternoon is very nice and I enjoyed the location being so close to downtown and walkable. One of the best and quite hotels in Helen.

Property Under Management! Hotel under new management! Friendly staff and improved room cleanliness, shampooed carpets. Significant property improvements underway. Great location - walking distance to downtown Helen for a great price. Stay includes breakfast. Rooms have Roku TV capabilities making it family friendly.
