Overall it is pretty damn great Forest and james, we're the best staff that I think you guys have they went above and beyond anything that i've ever seen. They need a raise and definitely a promotion. Honestly, when we come back, we don't want to deal with anybody other than those two.

Just don’t. Ugh. Out of all the places stayed from California up to Canada and back down through Montana, this was the worst.

Great customer service from front night time staff The night front staff was very nice and accomodating. We were passing through coming from Glacier National Park to the airport and checked in very late but enjoyed our short stay. The breakfast in the morning was nice to have as well. I would recommend when coming through to stay here.

Terrible Customer Service Front desk made me feel like a total inconvenience to check into the hotel. I asked for the WiFi password and you would have thought I had asked for something impossible. Breakfast was horrible and I should have went to McDonalds across the street. Very unimpressed.

Terrible Room was oké. But service at check-in was terrible. De person behind the frontdesk is not suitable for working with guests. When we asked about the extra costs for processing our card and the surprise deposit of 200 dollar he began shouting at us if we would swipe the f**king card. We couldnt find any information about the extra fee and the requird depost in our booking information or on their website. When we asked for a receipt he refused. It would not reflect the price we were paying for our stay. During our check-in he was also on his mobile Phone. Next morning when we checked-out the person behind the front desk was nice and gave us the receipt without any further questions. Never going there ever again.
