Great staff! This hotel has amazing staff. The front desk took care of us quickly at check in and everytime we walked by were friendly. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space for our family and the beds were comfortable.

Very convenient location I stayed for three nights on a business trip in June. The room was a good size but a little dark. Had lots of outlets and a hair dryer. The location is very close to tons of shops and restaurants. Only complaint was that the breakfast area didn’t open until 7 on the weekend.

Poor service We stayed for soccer tournament. Were given 3 breakfast vouchers at check-in, one for each in our party for one breakfast meal. We came down for breakfast and they stated we were given the vouchers by mistake. They took the vouchers and refused to honor the one meal, even though it was their mistake and we stayed 4 nights. While we were out for one of the games, we returned to our room to find it had been propped open by the cleaning person and just left open. The hotel itself is updated and clean, the service leaves much to be desired.

Clean Property. Poorly Maintained Fitness Center. The HGI Henderson/Las Vegas was above average for room cleanliness and front desk service (Bryan), yet lacking for an up-to-date fitness room, and poor management communication (none), hence the Two-Star Review. Front desk Bryan was a ray of hospitality sunshine. Great attitude. Eager and helpful. FYI. There are guests who use a hotel fitness center when working on the road, and choose hotels solely based on this feature. The Peloton Bicycle was non-functioning. Treadmill had an "out of order" sign. Other treadmill showing display error. Overall, old worn out equipment, and poorly maintained. I wrote a note for the manager and handed it to Bryan for delivery (I totally trust he escalated my concern). No response or action. I will now write a negative review on three platforms, as well as Hilton customer service to get a response. Step it up management team. This is your time to take action and lead! Don't hide in an office afraid of communicating w guests. Haha.

Don’t book at hilton garden inn they will move you to another location that is 10 miles away even when you are confirme Hilton Garden.inn in Henderson NV. Be careful when booking with Hilton. Booked this location 2 weeks ago Today I received a call and emailed they overbooked and they are moving me 10 miles away to their sister place. Well the sister place is the Hampton inn at 6575 S Eastern Ave in North Las Vegas Look at the yelp reviews and called the hotel direct. The employee that I spoke to was very honest and I asked about the location she said yes they are across the street from sunset park and there is a lot of homeless and also confirm that vehicles are being broken into there advised you to read the yelp complaints as I verified them and they are true. Please realize they contacted me this afternoon when we are coming in on Saturday not much of a notice. Especially when it's a weekend. So even though they assured me we had a room At booking the lady said they had 4 more rooms left and this morning i get a email confirming my reservation again and asking if I want to upgrade for 24 more dollars then a call telling me they are moving me. This is poor business and the lady that talked to me said they are moving several other reservations to this hotel. I said I booked I wanted this one it's not my fault she said sorry. Gave the could care less attitude They have lost my business and I will be telling Everyone I meet NOT to book anything with Hilton. I am canceling my Hilton credit card and will continue to let everyone know about Hilton customer Bad service
