Great room Great suite. Comfortable beds. Room was clean and staff were awesome. Room was better than pictures depicted. Breakfast area clean with good food. Hard to find driveway into hotel but watch closely for sign and you can find it. Would stay again.

Nice hotel great location Nice hotel to stay in a great location clean rooms and very comfortable beds, never had house cleaning the two nights we were there but we managed, I would most probably be staying there again

Laundryroom out of order I work construction and need access to be able to do laundry, I was very disappointed to see your laundry room out of order. If I had known this ahead of time we would have stayed somewhere else.We had to cut our trip short because we didn't have enough clean clothes. I paid for a night I couldn't even use.

Terrible Customer Service and Fraud I book my reservation on Booking.com in the total came to $551.33. When I arrived at the hotel on the morning of May 22, thought that I would receive an early check in due to the fact that I am a platinum member, however, the young lady Shelley says that she does not know how to do that and that she was backing my arrival date back one date to the 21st and charge me for an additional night in which I physically was not there and that when her manager arrived, she would inform her manager and make sure that I received the proper refund And additional points for the inconvenience. However, I was charged $715.23 versus the $551.33. I also had to move rooms in the middle of the night because there was rainwater coming in through the windowsill, splashing on the window ledge onto my bed it very wet. It took an active Congress just to get them to move me to a different room. They wanted to bring me up towels to stick on the window ledge to prevent the rain from bouncing on my bed. The room and which they moved me to had all of the plumbing exposed under the tub, and the jets in the tub we’re not functioning. This is the worst experience I have ever had at this hotel. I was told that I would receive a refund for the additional night. I was charged as well additional points convenience and I have not received either so I filed complaint with my bank today for the overcharges. I used to have good luck with staying at this hotel however, after this last experience, I will no longer be using Baymont for future stay
