THE BEST Hampton Inn I stay at a lot of Hampton Inns all over the country (as well as other Hilton and Marriott properties) and this Hampton is, by far, the best of them all. Rooms and entire facility are immaculate and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Nothing Special Fitness center is adequate, nothing special. Of 2 cardio options one needed repair (bike missing foot holders). No bench for weight lifting. No healthy milks for coffee. Just ultra processed creamers. No vegan or healthy options. No recycling. Small pool. No jacuzzi. Customer service ok. No comparison to Hyatt or Hilton.

Not recommending this hotel due to some honest feedback. I have previously stayed at this hotel about 3 years ago and marked it as a favorite BUT not anymore. When we arrived and checked in everything was good. We stayed in room 210 and when we initially walked into the room, all was great. I am in my late 40’s and I love it when the thermostat goes below 68. Initial the room felt great. We went to dinner and came back to the hotel to spend the evening. Noticed there were only a few channels and so I always bring a Roku with me just in case. Much to my surprise, I am curled up in bed and discover the internet is not working. I called down to the front desk and asked the guy who checked me in if something was wrong with the internet. He proceeded to tell me, yes it would be going in and out during my stay. I asked what he meant by that and then he proceeded to tell me that the internet was not working because they were re-installing it. My response, that would have been good information to have received when I checked it and he said, “sorry”. At least I was going to get a good nights sleep, right? Wrong. I fell asleep about 9:30 PM and woke up around midnight sweating. I failed to mention that I carry an oscillating fan with me because I am in my late 40’s and know sometimes I need some extra air. Well, not my husband. When he saw I was awake he said he was burning up and I knew then something was not right. The air was working when we went to sleep. It appears they turn the air off at night when people are not up and moving around in the room with a sensor. When I asked Justin Moody, the manager on shift about it he didn’t admit or deny my allegations. Not only was that a problem but the fact that when the air did work it was great but when it shuts off it starts pushing out heat. I explained to Mr. Moody about my experience and he basically blew me off but telling me he will check into it and he would give me some “courtesy” Hilton points if that is what I wanted. What I wanted was a good nights sleep and not be denied air conditioning. What would have been nice is to have been told when I arrived that there was no internet so it would have been my choice on whether I stay or not. I will not be going back to this hotel. The least he could have done was refunded me even 1/2 of my nights stay but he just wanted me out of there because he got my purchase and didn’t care if I was satisfied or not. Mr. Moody, how would you feel if you had the same experience?? In conclusion 4/9/24 will be my last stay at Hampton Inn in Hendersonville, NC.

Bring earplugs. The usual Hampton Inn experience, with courteous staff, clean and well maintained rooms, and a solid breakfast. My one complaint concerns the surprising and distressing degree of traffic noise from the nearby road. If you book a room, ask for the rear of the building.

Extremely Noisy We stay at Hampton Inns frequently, but this one was very disappointing. We were on the 1st floor near the maintenance room and the exit door. Very early in the morning we were woke up to the doors banging as the maintenance man went in and out. We were there 3 nights, and should have asked to be moved, but we thought it would improve. We told the manager when we checked out. He said he was sorry, but nothing else. If you stay at this location be sure not to stay on the first floor by the maintenance room.
