Excellent experience near Dulles Airport! I had a long layover at Dulles (about 18 hours) so I decided to book a room here. I am very glad that I did. First of all, the room: It was enormous. It had a nice-sized L shaped couch with a large TV that could be swiveled so you could watch in bed or on the couch. The bed was a king-sized bed with plenty of comfy pillows. I slept great! The bathroom/shower area was plenty big, and the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. There was also a nice-sized desk in case you needed to do any work in the room (and the Wifi worked well!) Coffee/tea was provided. Breakfast was included but unfortunately my early flight didn't allow me to partake. The shuttle to the airport runs at the top of every hour. I used the 6AM shuttle and it was right on time, and I arrived at the airport with plenty of time for baggage, security, etc. The shuttle van was clean and comfortable. This hotel is a short (maybe 5 minute) walk to a Metro station on the new Silver Line. It takes about an hour or so to get to downtown DC on the metro. I felt very safe riding this line, and it was only $2 each way, quite a bargain! If you ride the other direction, it's just one stop to Dulles airport. Overall I loved my stay here. It would be easy to have a long stay here, but unfortunately mine was only one night. I wouldn't hesitate to book another room here in the future!

Bad experience The bed sheets had hair on them. Blanket had stains. Sink counter had dried soap marks. Chose this properly because had “Hayat” in the name.

A great Airport hotel This visit was for my family of 5 and we liked the hotel. It's a 6 story hotel, and in good shape. It has an indoor pool (but no hot tub), and my 12-year-old daughter loved the pool. The breakfast is provided, though it is limited based on our experience at other Hyatt Places.

Close proximity to Dulles Airport Most hotel rooms don't have a couch separate from the bed for a sitting area alternative but the Hyatt did and I am pleased plus a nice bathroom and shower area. My only gripe is the TV was below standards.
