Comfortable beds, clean hotel. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning ladies who don't speak much English were so sweet. The only major drawback was that one of the elevators wasn't working. The area is pretty commercial so there's no shopping or restaurants within close walking distance.

A disappointing hotel stay. A dated Holiday Inn, below the usual standard. Busy car park with trucks running their engines during the night. The finishes in the room and common parts were of a dated specification. The adjoining Cuban restaurant was a highlight, with very good service.

Very disappointed this time! I've stayed at this hotel several times and enjoyed my stay each time. This time I was highly disappointed in the my room. The staff was courteous. There was only one elevator working, which made the wait to go to your room longer than normal. But my room, the floor was dirty with sticky spots on the carpet. The drawer in the room did not close. It stayed open the whole time. The furniture was scratched all up, and there was a piece of the bathroom molding coming off on the shower. Lastly the mirror on the wall looked like it hadn't been clean for a while, it had a cloudy firm on it. My bed was comfortable, but I was just disappointed in what I saw as far floor and furniture. I would have given it a two rating, but the bed was comfortable and clean. They really just need to do some touchups.

Terrible Staff and Service I booked the hotel for my wife for one night, the front desk staff didn't let my wife check in because my wife's name wasn't in the RESV. I called their central reservation tried to add back the name. They spoke with each other on phone back and forth twice, and still they did not want to check my wife in. Also, the front desk spoke with me on the phone, and I was sure they knew I was the original person who made the booking; however they still didn't want to check my wife in even though I had provide all information correctly. My wife asked for help because she could not find the ID, one of the staff was laughing at her, which I consider this is very humiliated to my wife. My wife started becoming emotional unstable, so I had to urgently booked another RESV to let her get some rest. I have filed a formal complaint with IHG, and still not receiving feedback. Two staffs' names that night were Joshua and Esai. By the time I had made the 2nd booking online, their central agent was still struggling how to help me to make the reservation. We would not return ever

Unacceptable Hotel, Manager will not return your call Not Clean, I wrote one review as we ended up not staying at this hotel. The hotel turned around and charged my credit card for an amenity fee, which we did not even stay there. They still have not given me a refund I’ve called numerous times and they won’t return my call. IHG has called them several times and they won’t return their call. I have put a stop payment on my credit card. Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to stay in filth.
