Place went to crap!!!!! Roach infested and smoke alarms go off randomly quiet often. Two people said they would change our room didn't get changed told them about the roaches and the owner said they were beetle bugs, nope sure wasn't collected them as we killed them to prove our point. The workers were really friendly but the owner doesn't see nothing wrong with how things are and blows your concerns off like they don't matter. Came here for 5 years and after this trip never will I ever come back.

Disappointed The A/C was not working properly. When we brought it up to the morning Front Desk attendee, she dismissed our concerns as us being able to operate the Heat & A/C properly. There were not enough towels even though we clearly reserved the room for 2 adults.

Bed Bugs and smoke everywhere I did not feel safe staying there. Cigarette butts EVERYWHERE. Both my wife and I had bug bites all over her back and on my arm, will never return to this place. There were several bums (one sleeping on a picnic table) and others loitering in the parking lot behind the front office. The smell of smoke from cigarettes was very prominent.

Avoid At ALL COST! I booked this hotel for 1 night. It was in our budget and the pictures they had were beautiful. However, "beautiful" was the opposite of this site. The outside was disgusting. Trash everywhere. They had homeless people walking around the building. It would not surprise me if the homeless people camped outside their building. It looked so unsafe! I could not get myself to walk into the hotel to even check in. I then contact the hotel to get a reimbursement for the false advertisement, dirty presentation, and unsanitary/uncleaned facility but I was denied! Can you believe that? Poor customer service and dirty facility presentation. This is how they get their money, by scamming travelers who do not know the area! Will not ever be coming back and will never refer anyone to this hotel.

Absolutely Disgusting Absolutely disgusting. Housecleaning did not wash anything. They just reused. The bed sheets were not washed. There were Cum stains on the sheets and hair on the pillows. There were cum stains on the chair. The toilet seat was not wiped off, there was dried liquid stains on it. The towels were also not clean and had hair on them. There was no room service. And the bed had multiple cigarette burns in the cover.
