Very pleased with my stay... I've read some of the reviews and was confused because they were not that good but gave it a chance and I saw no roaches,no holes in walls or doors.rooms are very clean and freshly renovated.so those reviews are old news.plus the management catered to my every need.i would recommend this hotel to anyone.

WORST SERVICE EVER ! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME!!! Had one of the worst experience ever at a hotel. First of all the Indian guys in the front are by far the rudest people I have ever encountered at a hotel. Went here for the price not expecting much just for a place to crash for the night while we had our family come visit us for a bit but they called me over to the front desk once they seen my family come and rudely told me no visitors can come over or else I would I would have to pay $20/ each person. JUST FOR THEM TO COME OVER TO VISIT? Even though they are not sleeping over! They made a big fuss about it assuming "we were trying to throw a party" also saying "I know you people always lie then try throwing parties inviting lots of people" etc. I tried to level with them saying its only family from the area coming to visit but they were getting mad I simply just asked for a refund and that we will leave then they only gave me back half (we barely got here for 34 min tops) I asked about the full refund and they said no you all dirty the room with your shoes and that the maid has to clean it up, like the room was clean anyways. smh After having a shouting match back and forth we just left and will NEVER EVEEEEER COME BACK HERE & YOU SHOULDNT TOO!!!

Horrible / Nothing like the pictures / No shuttle to the casino Looked at the pictures, I thought it would be a good place to check in, go to the casino for the night, rest a little, shower and go back home.......We pulled into the parking lot and all of the lower rooms had their doors open, loud music, people drinking and smoking pot! We tried not to "judge the book by it's cover" and check out the rooms. I went into the lobby where I met Karim, he tells me that the rooms went up from $105.00 to $160.00, we had made the trip and were already there, I tried to pay with my credit card and he tells me, "oh, no my friend....cash only", I said ok and paid the $160.00 (cash). I am sitting there waiting for a receipt, I had to ask him for one, he hands me a hand written note "paid $160.00 for room 218" on a white piece of paper! At this point I am getting a little worried, my wife and I start walking to our NON SMOKING room and every room that we passed by (even with the window and doors closed) smelled like marijuana. I opened the door and......Holy Moly!! The smell!! I turned on the lights, and that's when I said.....we are out of here! The sink counter was falling apart, graffiti on the wall, the door jamb looked like if someone tried to kick it in. It took us no more than two minutes when we were back in the lobby asking for our money back. Karim meets me at the window and asks whats the problem? We said, everything! We are not satisfied and the rooms are not what the website advertises and there are way too many people drinking and smoking out of their room. He tells me, "no refunds my friend." I start my argument.....it ends with, "You are first time customer, I will give you 50% refund". 2 MINUTES AND WE WERE TAKEN FOR $80.00!! DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Made discriminatory comments and cancelled our stay! It was supposed to be a simple one night stay. There was a concert that night, so we decided to check in prior to leaving to the concert. There were other guests waiting to check-in outside the lobby and thought nothing of it until my husband stormed out of the lobby with a disgruntled look on his face. As he walked out the other guests who stood outside asked "did he cancel your room too?". Apparently the middle eastern man who is in charge of the property told my husband only 2 people were allowed to stay in the room. It was only myself and my husband, so wheres the problem? We were catching a ride to the concert and ubering it back, but apparently if we had the Uber drop us off in the parking lot then we would have to pay for another room/night stay due to trespassing onto the property with the Uber. Next he proceeded to tell my husband, "I know your type of people! I know how you people are! I know your gangbangers! With the tattoos! I'm gonna cancel your reservation." At that point we didn't care about staying at this place. We looked up something else since it was only to stay locally and avoid drinking and driving, or an excessive uber bill. The our priority was to check in prior to leaving to the concert, and get our parking pass for our vehicle which would have stayed on the property. The room was already paid for. What if we had checked-in after the concert? would he have cancelled our room while we were intoxicated? or would he have called the cops on us for being on his property...intoxicated trying to check-in? He cast judgement on my husband and I because we have tattoos and because of our nationality. The other guests who had their reservations cancelled were also of other mixed nationalities other than Caucasian. Everyone else in that lobby allowed to check in was Caucasian only, and were walk ins. We're frequent travelers and rarely write reviews. If we do its usually to commend excellent customer service or someone really made a difference in our hotel stay. So....don't stay here! Avoid any future problems even if its the cheapest or closest to the San Manuel Casino.

Not bad at ALL. Spent the night here for only one night. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Room was decent for the price. I had a great sleep, took a shower and was out the next day. If you're only going to go to sleep anyway, this place isn't bad at all. The pool was exceptionally clean too.
