No No No! We arrived and got checked in. Went to our room and tried to open the door and it was as if someone was already in the room. We went back to the front desk and the girl looked shocked. She went up to check the room and came back and said "Oh yeah I forgot to tell you some of the handles were installed upside down so instead of pushing down you have to pull up". So we went back to the room and sure enough this handle had to be pulled up on to open the door which is really stupid but whatever. We walked in and it smelled of an old ashtray and musky. The sleeper sofa when you sat on it you felt like you were going to hit the floor. The beds are hard as a rock so we didn't get a restful sleep, the sheets had stains that I hope were left overs from who ever slept there prior to us. This place is in need of some tlc for sure. We will pass on this one next time and go to a better option. We're not sure how the heck this place has 4 stars.

Just perfect The staff is A+. After hours stuck on I 35, we decided to spend the night in Hillsborough. The Quality Inn room was quiet & spotless. We got a perfect night's sleep and arose refreshed to a nice breakfast. Back in Austin, I remembered leaving my glasses at the breakfast table. Sonny shipped the glasses to me the next day. Overall A+++

Great Price and Great Stay This was one of the best prices and best Choice Hotels on our trip to Texas. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great. The hotel was very quiet and secure. No parking fee and plenty of lighting around the hotel

Disappointed We have stayed at this hotel before, but it has been a few years. This visit did not measure up to what we remember from the two previous visits. The couch was pathetic; it looked like something bought "very used" at a thrift store and it sagged to the center so badly I could not sit on it. My husband and I both woke up with backaches from the uncomfortable bed. This hotel has the smallest breakfast area I have ever seen (there is another room nearby that had a very large "business" table in it which I assumed is used for breakfast). Thankfully, we were the only people there for breakfast at the time so the crowded area was not a factor. I do not believe we will stay at this hotel again. WiFi was not the best...ok at times; dismal at other times.

Nice rooms, great price, great staff The rooms were very clean and there was a refrigerator,coffee maker and microwave in the room. A good size sofa was also part of the furniture. Good breakfast with hot and cold items. Small laundry was available. Free WiFi. Very attentive and friendly staff. The only issue was a bit of engine noise probably from the nearby truck center. Good AARP discounts. Convenient access from the freeway.
