Steer clear of this place, stay elsewhere! I can only say the bed was comfortable, that’s the only thing good! I usually write great hotel reviews, but not this place! One elevator was broken, the other elevator was small and scary loud, the second floor hallway smelled like thick pot smoke, the only ice machine available was broken because the employee said no water line is running to it, the water at this hotel tastes terrible anyway, towels were permanently stained, there was only 1 tiny soap for the extremely low mounted sink area and none for the shower with bad water pressure, the pillows were tiny and uncomfortable, no outlet located next to the one side of the bed, no coffee available in the lobby, no bathroom vent, the tv quality and service was so fuzzy that most channels didn’t work and it wasn’t worth turning on the tv! The breakfast was not included in the money we paid for the room…..like other Best Western’s (this needs to be disclosed at reservation and at check in). I will not stay again and other people should avoid this hotel, as I have stayed at many MUCH BETTER hotels in 3rd world countries!

BE PREPARRED FOR AN EXPERIENCE To Whom it may concern, my experience with this hotel was not a good one. When I first checked in on 8/14/24 The checked me into room #257 which seemed to be a storage room with paint buckets and different things. So I walked back to the front desk and explained to the guy at the front desk that the room was a storage room. He said I thought i put #207 I said no it was #257 here is the video that i took with the key and room number. The guy at the front desk said and the door opened? I said yes. He apologized then gave me another room. #221. So I went to that room to inspect it to make sure it was ok, only to discover that there were stains on the sheets and black mold in the bathroom on the cieling. and it looked to have been painted over, and not done well. I then went back to the front desk, They guy was leaving for the night and a female was there so she gave me another room #357. She stated to let her know how that room was. To my suprise it was better. I think the the hotel can be upgraded a little more and housekeeping should make sure they are verifying that the cleanliness of the room is up to par. I then parked in the back of the hotel, to be closer to my room, and none of the doors let me in with my key i had to walk all the way back to the front of the hotel just to get into the building. When I got there the guy at the front desk stated that we can walk out the doors but we cant get back in. I then asked then what the point of the doors having key access if the keys wont work. a little frustrated at this point. so I left it alone. I thing I should receive so type of accommodation for the inconvenience. Then there was a $12 fee per person for breakfast. I thought Breakfast was included. But that was that. Also the coffee machine didn't work in the room. I was not happy. But the DNC was in town and there was no other place to book everything was sold out so I stayed, But I was not happy at all.

Worst experience ever It was the WORST experience EVER. Let's start with the bad and then the worst. The bad: - Smoking is ok at front door, that's why the whole lobby and hallways smell like cigarettes. - Room smelled like humid or old AC filter - Carpets stained in the hallways. - General old appearance (like a 90s) hotel. Old appliances - Pool was abandoned, and other places looked like that too. - Too close to the highway, if you stay in the front rooms you will listen to the traffic all night. - No breakfast service (who could eat smelling like cigarettes?) - First thing I observed was the trash and cigarettes butts by the front door. The WORST: bikers took over the hotel, drunk people everywhere, people doing wheelies, drifting, Smoking and high speed races in the parking lot, noise during 3 nights in a row 24/7 specially from 6pm to 4am. Strangers entering the hotel from all entrances and putting rocks so anyone could get in, they were getting bikes inside the rooms, they tried to open our room it was not safe to stay outside. We had to ask for my money back and go to other hotel. Hotel didn't anything about it (even if they could) police either.
