Ultra Clean and Neat! One of the cleanest and most nicely appointed hotel rooms we have stayed in recently. Everything was neat and convenient. The lobby was well equipped with afternoon coffee, water, and we received a snack bag when checking in. The breakfast was well-stocked and had plenty of variety.

On our list of never return to “0” I attempted to book a room at this facility on the 23rd of July. Somehow I inadvertently booked a room for tonight the 30th. The booking had been in place one hour before I discovered it. It was 11:00 at night and we were ready to rest on our trip. The staff at the desk was exceptionally rude. They let me know they did not have a room, that I had booked the wrong night and that I would be paying for the tonight even though I would be nowhere near the hotel. We got back in our car and traveled until we could find another handicapped accessible room for my son who was in a wheelchair. It was such a negative experience and they have refused to refund my money for tonight. We stayed at 4 other hotels on our trip and had lovely experiences at each other location. We travel through this location several times a year and will not stay at this facility again due to this very unpleasant and expensive encounter.

First time in Hillsville, VA This Comfort Inn was very nice. The hotel was quietly filled with with traveling families and motorcyclist. The free breakfast was a great addition. The biggest downfall was only a single elevator. I was in town to judge a BBQ Competition for the first time. I will us again next year.

Third Stay, All Great This was our third stay here. After the first one, we made it a point to plan any trip in this direction so it includes this stopover. It's a beautiful property, and the staff makes you feel welcome. Being a Choice Rewards member brings an extra perk, a gift bag.

Hillsville VA Comfort Inn Always stay here. Staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating. As a Choice member I am always recognized with a gift bag and there is a list welcoming repeat stays. Always a pleasure to stay here. Quiet and clean and great price. Convenient access to the interstate and several food choices to pick within close proximity
