Not a great stay This is an older property. The rooms are large and in decent condition (though our rug could have used a good cleaning). Bed was comfortable. We asked for a quiet location and ended up in a dark corridor by the ice machine where people seemed to congregate, so it wasn't particularly quiet. Breakfast was probably one of the worst we've experienced with this brand. The fridge had nothing in it but some butter. There was no cereal, no fruit, no yogurt, no milk offered. Breads and muffins were low and coffee ran out. No coffee lids. No one came to replenish or check anything. The desk person headed out on a smoke break without a glance at the breakfast area. If you're going to advertise a free breakfast, supply adequate food.

MOLD!!! Worst hotel ever. Had an uneventful check in. Pool had winter cover over it so it was unusable. . Sign on door said it was a non smoking facility. Went to our room, opened the door only to be hit in the face with the smell of 20 years of cigarette smoke and what could be described as the smell of a large wet dog. We though, it's only for one night but as soon as I pulled the covers back to check the bed I saw mold on the bed frame at the head of the bed. It was disgusting. So I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund. No can do said the desk girl, I can give you another room. I said no, I want a refund. It got a little heated as she said she could not contact the manager but would write a note. Eventually she called me unruly and was going to call the police. The only saving grace to this dumpster fire was the other employee Anna. She texted the manager and received an ok to give us a refund. Problem solved and we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express instead.

Ok for old motel We stayed one night on our way north from a month in Florida, this is a pet friendly motel (old style every room has its own entrance) 1st room I was given was next to a group of construction workers who were outside drinking beer & smoking pot , asked for a different room, clerk was accommodating gave me a second room that had other cars parked in front of & carpet was stained, went back & 3rd time was the charm as room was fine & parked right in front. Actually liked the private entrance old style & suppose they book rooms close together so that housekeeping doesn’t have to travel far but motel was less than 1/4 booked . Breakfast was less than I’m used to so got coffee for the road & ate later . If you book a suite , which I did & have a pet they won’t give it to you because they don’t allow pets in them , they did adjust price but since card had already been charged they refunded & then recharged card . Would stay here again , room was clean

No Quality at this Quality Inn Upon checking into our room I needed to wash my hands. The water did not drain from the sink. I ended up scooping what I could with a paper coffee cup into the bath tub. It took over an hour for the rest of the water to drain from the sink. There was a big empty spot in the corner of the room by the window where an arm chair obviously used to be. There was a side table and a floor lamp but no chair to sit on. The foot of the bed frame had uneven edging that jutted out and I bumped my leg on it. The room was very dark and dingy and would be improved with ceiling lights. The slip of paper we were given with the wifi code was wrong. The word Quality was part of the code but was printed on the slip with a small letter q. The password wouldn't take until I tried using a capital Q. The breakfast was less than desirable. The thinnest possible paper plates were provided and they couldn't hold the weight of the scrambled eggs. There was a sign to only take one plate and not to double up. Actually you'd need half a dozen plates to make it back to your table. There are only 3 tables in the breakfast room with a total of 11 chairs. The coffee was extremely weak and there were no lids provided for the paper coffee cups. There was no ketchup for the eggs. I watched the morning attendant leave the desk area to go into a back room and he was in his sock feet. He was not professionally dressed ... wearing an old t-shirt and jeans. Doesn't say much for having any pride in his job. He was not the friendly sort either. One or two inconveniences can be overlooked, but this hotel shouldn't even be considered a Quality Hotel, let alone use the name Quality at all. There are a few other hotels nearby inclucing a Hampton across the road. This place should be renamed the Dumpton. We picked this place because we are Choice Hotel members and like to stay with the brand. Choice Hotels would be wise to do a blind audit on this hotel and rebrand it either Econolodge or Rodeway and drop the price per night by 50%

No elevator! The motel not hotel had no elevator. We specifically asked for handicapped accessible rooms. Nope! TV won't turn on! Sorry no one here to repair it until morning. On the other hand , rooms were very clean. Looks newly refurbished. Looks like a mini camera on top of t v.facing beds. We got this on hotwire. Plug pulled away from wall, make-up on pillow case susiediver1957@gmail.com
