Nice with a few issues. Just returned from a weekend stay here, 2 rooms booked, we used it as a base for the Silverstone Grand Prix which was great. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Food in triumph bar was nice and served in a decent time. One of the rooms had no air con which made the room boiling - no where in the website does it say only executive rooms have it included, asked about an upgrade but wasn’t possible. Breakfast was disappointing and not worth the money we paid, luckily we’d only paid for 1 morning, we grabbed breakfast on the road the following days. Pool, Sauna and steam room were lovely, you do need a £1 for lockers. All in all a good stay, I think we’d return if we do Silverstone again.

Not good The bathroom door didn't close. The lamp on the dressing table didn't work. The bath wasn't clean. The restaurant experience was so terrible the waitress actually urged me to complain. It was a very odd experience. I don't mind waiting for service and food but it took a very long time. I ordered steak and it was pretty much inedible.

Room service was horrendous The hotel is beautiful rooms are large and come with everything you need a close friend of mine wife works in the industry and was able to get me a room at a discounted rate which was great got into my room about 2pm and went onto the party returning at 9.35pm just after the kitchen had closed (9.30) but they did offer a limited menu room service so I ordered a pizza at 9.45 which they said should take 10 mins after 40 mins I called they apologised and said the order hadn’t gone through to the kitchen and they would do it and not charge because of the delay 3 phone calls late the pizza arrived 11.45pm 2 hours this soured my whole experience of the place I didn’t go for breakfast as was disillusioned completely

As you would expect for the price paid The location was perfect being just off the motorway. Ample parking which seemed fairly secure. The check in was quick and easy and the staff on the front desk are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are large and are well maintained. The room and bathroom were very clean and cleaners did a great job each day. I eat and drank in the Triumph Bar each evening, food was typical hotel offering but good enough. Waits could be long at the bar when ordering due to there only ever being one member of staff taking orders. Gym and pool were great, both clean and were not too busy during my visits. I will be staying here frequently and will be happy enough to do so.
