Very Pleasant ,,, and a bargain for the area We needed to both return a rental truck and catch a flight out early. This was one of the few available hotels that wasn't charging over $250 per night. It turned out super. The husband and wife who checked us in could not have been more pleasant or more helpful. Got us hooked up with a taxi; great directions and excellent recommendation for dinner. Room was clean; quiet ... and the rate was about half of what we expected. Don't know what happened a few years ago, but right now in 2018 this is an excellent choice in Hobbs.

Just like Days Inn We came Hobbs for a dog show . We got a packet for the showing places that allow pets We were going to stay at the Days Inn but pet were not allowed . But the web site stated pets were allowed We went to Econo Lodge that was on the list only to find that pets were not allowed Yes the web site shows pets were allowed I guess the people who run these hotels simply don’t care about being honest Stay away from Days Inn and Econo Lodge

It’s shelter if you’re hard pressed. Stayed here with a last minute booking after visiting Carlsbad Caverns. Every hotel in Carlsbad was $150 and up, but this place was an hour away and after taxes and fees $90. The staff is friendly and I like that I can see my car from my window, but from all the place’s we’ve stayed (a different place every week) this has been the worst. Pros: friendly staff, free breakfast, I can see my car, it has a tv and an AC, and it’s the second cheapest place within an hour of Carlsbad. Cons: it smells like smoke in the room and like sewage in the bathroom. We kept the bathroom door closed and even tried to air out the room when we first got in. We can clearly hear movement above us. The shower head doesn’t want to stay in place. There are dead bugs on the floor- at least they’re dead. The sheets are dirty. There was coffee splatter in the sink still. If you’re desperate for lodging like we were after visiting Carlsbad, this place will do. But don’t expect anything more than shelter.

Family This hotel had a Clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room has average wear and tear as expected for economy lodging. Nice furniture. Pleasant surroundings. Pool closed. Tiny pool. Tiny breakfast area. But at least they have breakfast. Just stayed at a very pricey hotel in Vegas and not only did they not have coffee in the room there was no breakfast. This hotel had a refrig, spotless coffee pot with coffee. It’s worth the money and I would stay here again.

Visit family The hotel was close to our family and pet friendly. The staff was friendly and courteous. There was no pool. They were even able to extend my stay 2 extra days even though they seemed booked. The continental breakfast was good. Overall I would recommend this hotel, rates reasonable. We will stay again.
