RUN away This STILL stands out as possibly the worst hotel we've stayed in over the past few years. It was just depressing. It was dirty and sad. So much noise in the hallway all night. The neighbors were busy for hours and you could hear everything. The police even showed up during the night. The bathroom was disgusting and the smell was bad. I'm still recovering months later.

HORRIBLE and RUN DOWN Run down, overpriced, dirty, and staff speaks poor English! Bathroom doorknob was about to fall off, and the room had a smell. Also the rooms little fridge is so iced up, couldn't hardly get the door open. Bedding looks old, bathroom wallpaper is peeling up from the bottom (guessing from being wet), and the water temperature was very sporadic. The "breakfast" was a joke with some of the worst coffee I've ever tasted, took a couple of drinks, then threw it away. WOULD NOT STAY HERE OR RECOMMEND STAYING HERE, especially for $123.22 a night!!! Usually when I get screwed, I get kissed too, but it was completely dry on this one!

Do NOT stay at the Holly Springs Quality Inn 1) The room was musty. 2) We found leftover food in the microwave 3) The mirror was cracked and wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. 4) The vending machines were out of order. The whole building had faded/worn carpet and dingy decor. It is in desperate need of renovation. 5) I submitted on line feedback to Quality Inns, and have waited 5 days with no response…so now I’m posting this for everyone to see to warn all not to stay there.

Don’t ask for a handicap from if you really need one because what they give you isn’t really a handicap room! Asked for a handicap room. What we got might pass for one in a 3rd world country, but not in America. The shower had the hand held removed. The shower curtain was 4” above the floor; water went everywhere. There was a rusted light fixture with no lights. The shower drain was three inches deep and is a hazard. The toilet did not meet ADA standards. The room itself was clean, but it was crowded with a wardrobe, a combo tv/fridge cabinet. There were no luggage stands. And there definitely was not room to maneuver a wheelchair around! I spent nearly $100 on this room. I’ve had 10 times better for less money. When I arrived, I had to ring a bell numerous times then finally called out in a loud voice. The clerk seemed annoyed that I was there. She wasn’t friendly at all and acted like I was stupid when I followed the directions on the credit card machine and tapped my card instead of inserting it. I haven’t been this disappointed in a hotel room in a very long time!
