clean and convenient! Enjoyed a room on the 10th floor. Room was very clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and soft. Windows were clean - which allowed us to enjoy our view of Waikiki and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was included and the food was tasty. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Utilized the shuttle back and forth to the airport. Vehicle was clean and ran on time, every time. Close to Pearl Harbor - could take the bus for $3.00 or a taxi for $20-25. Would stay here again.

Can be hard to sleep if you don't plan ahead Spent one night before our flight the next day. Clean rooms, updated bathrooms. Excellent free breakfast with attentive staff. Just ask for a room away from highway. We didn't do that and had to listen to drag racing half the night. Not sure why no one calls the police about that before someone gets hurt.

Near the airport and a highway Seen from the airport, the location is stellar. Just a few minutes with an on-call, free shuttle, and you are there. You may have to wait for the shuttle. This hotel is near something else--a noisy highway. My first stay was in a room very close to the traffic, and it was hard to shut that out even with earplugs. The A/C unit was also very loud. But during my second stay, I asked for a room far away from the traffic and was given one on the sixth floor in the other end of the main block. The A/C was also quiet. I slept well there! Breakfast is included but offers limited choices and is very, very plastic. Everything is single use only.

Close to the airport A positive is they are REALLY close to the airport. Check in was a breeze. Water pressure for the shower was adequate. The AC was loud but that did help drown out the highway traffic. Wi-Fi was great. I wish the room had queen beds instead of double beds. I-HOP and Dunkin are in the area. We drove to the I-HOP for dinner. Too many wandering people so we didn't feel comfortable walking to the location.

We would stay again We had a very nice day at the Best Western. My husband and adult daughter and I stayed for two nights while waiting for our cruise. Each room had two double beds, which was fine with us. It was clean and it was quiet. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom water was hot. We went to complementary breakfast both mornings in what had been their restaurant. The dining room was huge, the breakfast was varied and delicious. Three waffle stations! Check out time was 11, but our cruise didn't leave till late afternoon so we were allowed to sit in the empty restaurant and play games. Restroom facilities were available to us. They stored our luggage for no fee. Within walking easy distance is a McDonald's, IHOP, Dunkin' Donuts, Starbucks, the big kahuna, pizza, sushi, Korean barbecue. It was a perfect, inexpensive place to stay between arriving from the airport (free shuttle service) and leaving for our cruise. Lovely pool, lovely courtyard.
