Excellent Stay Check-in was great, room was large in size, wasn't permitted to select room with digital check-in but was given a room at check-in on a high floor that was furthest from the elevator which is my preference, breakfast was typical Embassy Suites which is excellent. Location of this hotel was convenient for us as there were places to eat nearby and we look forward to staying here again if the opportunity presents itself.

never stay here the man at the front desk was disrespectful and rude the cleaners thought I was not in the room, so they were disrespectful when the room wasn't that dirty cleaners had an argument in the hall never go here this review was made at 3:16 on 9/16/2024

Time for A Reno… I am highly disappointed ☹️ in this Embassy Suites with the smell of the carpet and the smell of the room. I had two different color light bulbs in the bed room. Perhaps one was a day light and one was a cool light. Furniture definitely needs to be updated and the room was not Hilton standard clean. The customer service was not the best from the engineer who brought sheets that should have been in the room and the extra I asked for. I am still waiting for the extra sheets. No excuse they are sold out and have limited sheets. Definitely will not be back. I wonder why they have a four star rating on Trip Advisor? _

Not perfect but they are trying really hard to please I can’t give a 5 because of some minor issues. Staff was friendly. Lobby looked wonderful. Our room was not ready so we were upgraded to a larger one. The room was clean and looked good. The furniture is worn with minor scrapes and scratches. Having teens with us, we were using the pull out couch. There was no linen and upon opening the couch we found an extremely stained mattress. I spoke with the front desk and they were very apologetic and would send a new one. Within 30 minutes we had a new mattress, bedding and extra towels. Two your men, Sasha and Brandon went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for helping us get settled in.

Horrible Customer Service We've travelled a lot and stayed at a lot of different hotels and I've never experienced anything like the treatment we had at this hotel. They advertise as a family hotel ("perfect for family reunions). What they don't tell you is that your 15 year old isn't allowed anywhere in the hotel without an adult. We sent our son to check out the pool to see if it was worth going to. A hotel employee told him that he wasn't allowed to be unescorted and made him sit at the front desk until my husband went to collect him. My husband questioned why this hotel rule wasn't communicated and said that if we had known about it we would have stayed somewhere else, the female night manager got mad and kicked us out of the hotel. Not only that, she said if we weren't off the premises in 30 minutes, she was calling the police. No warning that his perceived attitude was unacceptable, just you need to leave now. Nice customer service, Embassy Suites! You ruined what could have been a nice five day trip for absolutely no reason except that you don't train your staff well. This is the last time we'll stay at an Embassy Suites and I'll be letting any and every baseball family I know about the way this location treats its customers.
