Wish I could stay here every week and you will too One of the most fantastic Hilton hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel was easy to find and located perfectly to be able to get anything you needed at the gas station and centrally located to get all the food and drink you need. The room was fantastic and we heard no noise or traffic noise because of the location and a matter of fact we had a pond and trees outside our room. Air conditioning was terrific as was the heat. Jessica and Corena were wonderful and totally made us feel at home and welcome. The breakfast was fantastic and crew lady was very professional and made all the food look and taste terrific. Coffee was the best ever and fresh and hot.

Virginia hospitality at its finest Top notch customer service! The staff was amazing! We were in town for the Jefferson Cup soccer tournament with a group of 30+ One of our families was delayed due to weather and the front desk stayed in communication with them and made sure their room was ready as soon as they arrived. Bella made recommendations for group dining. Try Mission BBQ if you need to order catering for a large group. Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice!!

Met Our Expectations We needed a convenient, reliable hotel for one night while on route to NC and our expectations were met. We agree with other reviews that the hotel could use some updating, but again it met our needs. We also agree with other reviews about Bella at the front desk: she was outstanding!

Felt soooo Unwelcomed and Disrespected Softball Tournament trip with family. Had a great night sleep. I'm a early bird and I like reading the news and drinking coffee in the lobby. After 30min of just sitting in silence on my phone a middle age guy who seemed to be working there asked in sarcastic tone why I was in the lobby. I responded that I was just drinking coffee and relaxing. He stated very aggressive that the lobby was closed and I needed to go back to my room. 22 years staying in Hotels, never have I felt so unwelcomed and disrespected. I want an explanation. This is not a way to talk to customers and/or make them feel welcome. I will never stay here again and maybe never another Hilton. Wow...Wow...Wow

Good but this Hampton need some updates, upgrades and some TLC I’ve been a Hilton rewards member for quite a while now. This Hampton inn does the trick for a restful nights sleep. The staff were outstanding and very kind. The hotel is older and is “tired” I guess would be the best way to put it. The gym is small but the equipment is useful. There’s a sauna as well but you’d have to turn it on and wait until it gets hot to use it effectively. The outdoor pool is nice. In the room, one of the outlets wouldn’t keep a lamp on. The exhaust vent in the bathroom was a little dusty and, one of the bottles of soap had fallen off the wall. The breakfast was basic. The oatmeal was watered down. As I said, the hotel need some renovation and some TLC.
