This place is a dump! We routinely choose Comfort Inns when we travel but this one was sub-par. Rooms were fairly clean but in terrible dis-repair and needed attention badly. Torn carpet, and beat up furniture. Scroll on by this one when making reservations.

Stay Away if you value Safety!! We arrived to police activity in the parking lot, should have just turned right around, it went down hill from there. The halls smelled like marijuana, and a strange man was sitting in the hallway outside our door. We asked for another room and were told it’s not possible. No one even came up to our floor to try to get rid of the man in the hallway, or do anything about the marijuana smoke. We realized there was no way we could sleep with the terror we were feeling, so we asked to cancel the reservation, we were denied. If you’re packing, you may feel fine here, otherwise, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! We left without a refund.

Veteran with service animal suffers discrimination. After confirming reservation at Comfort Inn they turned me away when they found out I had a service dog. I explained that they cannot legally do that due to federal law, ADA act of 2973, Fair Housing Act or Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Everything was OK until I mentioned an animal then all of a sudden they had no clean room. I told them I could wait until one was clean but they said that was not possible and they would call another Comfort Inn but they do not accommodated service animals either. I

Mold! Worst Comfort Inn ever! The first room had mold all over the ceiling through out the entire room. The man at the front desk was rude and could care less if we were there or not. When we first walked in there was another couple checking in, or trying to anyways, and the guy just sat there looking at his computer for a couple minutes before even acknowledging them. So after seeing all the mold in the room we came back to the desk and told the man. I showed him a picture of the room and he said “I don’t need to see that , there is nothing I can do about it”. He went on looking for a room for my family and then said “if I can’t find another double bed room your just going to have to find another hotel”! Ya, thanks for caring!!! Anyway, we did get another room. We got to that room and got settled in. Within seconds my eyes started burning, eyes watering, and nose running! I took an allergy pill thinking that’s all it was. Well it wasn’t! In just a couple hours I was up and had to leave the room. I couldn’t stand it any longer and as soon as I walked outside the building things got better. My eyes felt somewhat better. After about an hour outside my wife called me and I went back in. My entire family was awake and feeling the effects of the room as well. By 3:30am we left! The lady at the front desk room my number down for the manage to call me. Around 8:30am I got a call from the manager and I told her about the rooms. Yes I said rooms! Both rooms were horrible. Anyways, she apologized and is going to call Choice to get my points returned for the stay. She said and I quote, “I have told the owner about the mold issues and they will not do anything about it”! I will be calling Choice and the Health Department and reporting this location!
