Hands down the best EconoLodge I've ever visited! Absolutely loved my stay at EconoLodge Inn & Suites@ Horn Lake! As a frequent traveler, I've experienced many motels in Horn Lake, but EconoLodge Inn & Suites surpassed all expectations. The spacious rooms and proximity to shopping areas make it my top choice. Can't wait to return!

The room was spacious and came with all the necessary amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. The high-speed internet was reliable, which was great for staying connected. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast, which was a nice start to the day. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my visit even more pleasant. Adequate lodging location many restaurants nearby Nice well maintained property a surprise for the econo Lodge portion of choice hotel. The only disappointment is breakfast is not hot it is a buffet with limited selection and very little protein. Check in was easy with points, however I wanted to stay another day and pay and the clerk did not know how to charge me the online rates rather I had to go back online to make another reservation so a bit of a hassle simply because the morning front desk clerk was lazy

Terrible We were put in a double bed when we reserved a king. The toilet was overflowed, the handle was broken so it would not flush, there was blood in the shower, there were fescues smeared all over the walls, there was hair all on the sheets, and only one light in the entire room worked. We asked to swap rooms, but he said he was completely booked. We were told that he had no other room so therefore a refund would be issued. I then contacted the manager and he said he would talk to the guy that was working that night to clarify the story. The man told him he offered us another room, but how could he have done that when he was completely booked. They refused us a refund and we’re very unprofessional.

Book anywhere else! This is as the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in my entire travel experience lifetime. There was stuff running down the walls, dirty hand prints everywhere, mold growing on the AC, and multiple types of bugs all over the room. I couldn’t even sleep because I was so concerned about the bugs, so I monitored my sleeping child all night. The front office staff did nothing to correct the problem and did nothing to repair the customer experience. Find anywhere else to stay.
