Disappointing I was disappointed by the hotel. The area it’s located in is really nice. There’s a shopping plaza nearby and tons of restaurants. So I had high hopes for the hotel. The outside and the lobby were nice and updated. Upon check in we were charged a mandatory $100 security deposit that wasn’t noted during booking. Once we got to the room upon entering the smell was overwhelming. It was stale and old. It had to of been the dirty and dingy carpet. As we were checking the room we could tell the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. We found vape pens, hair on the shower curtain and a dirty kitchen sink. The bathroom has rust spots on the ceiling. The kitchen did not have pots or pans no dishes cups or cutlery. The fridge was old and rusty and made noises all night. The bed was NOT a queen it was a Full. Overall disappointed with this place!

Rick is the bomb! Rick at the front desk of Extended stay America is the absolute best! Great guy super helpful and went above and beyond to help me multiple days. I’d stay again just because he makes it easy! Everything else was great but Rick helped with everything so, thanks again Rick!!

Horrible ONE night stay The worst hotel I went to. I booked 7 rooms and they all had an issue. Poop clogged in the toilets, dirty sheets, garbage was in the rooms tub was filthy etc. Spoke to the manager Teron, he promised 5 certificates and never sent them. Everytime I called him he would tell me he has to investigate if the certs were used. Another parent complained about the same issue and she was promised the same and never rec'd the cert. How can it be that we both didn't rec the certs? It's because he never sent them! Period. After spending almost $900 they couldn't compensate me I went to the BBB to complain and they went as far as lying and said they send them, they attached a "copy" of ONE cert with my name and someone else's name on it. How is that proof they sent me all 5 certs if they only attached one and how do I know they didn't make that certificate that day just to pretend they sent the certifiactes? I was robbed. The ONLY reason we stood there is because there were no other rooms available in that area that night. Those rooms weren't worth a penny. There were drug addicts walking in the hallways. I had to go to each room and clean it myself because the front desk lady said the house keeper is gone and they can't leave the front desk. This is unacceptable. At the very least they should've kept their promise and sent those certificates I did more than stay there, I cleaned the rooms for them. So yes I deserve to get compensated. Btw, I gave it one star because it did not allow me to leave it blank

Kept my deposit Never got my deposit back. I called the corporate phone number that the front desk gave me and they said the hotel should not have took a deposit. That it is against the hotel policy. So what happened to my deposit? Maybe they could put it in the room smell

Comfortable stay My wife and I went up to visit my sister at work it was a nice experience. The hotel was very comfortable the staff was very nice and help full the rooms were very pretty as well the outside patios was amazing that where I spent most of my time when we was there will be coming back soon.
