great service with friendly and thoughtful staff - management! room is clean and well kept. both management and staff are very courteous. location was perfect for my reason for coming to Houston, Texas. management and staff very helpful during my stay and even while i was planning my return home.

A nightmare, never again trash This was the worst Hotel I've ever been in, In my life dirty, towels dirty, floors dirty, the bathroom didn't lock, wasn't clean I had to go buy cleaning supplies. Don't go there. The management was nasty. I try to switch room. I will never go to another America Best Hotel EVER!!!

Great stay for a decent price We wanted to be within close proximity to the Johnson Space Center but didn't want to spend alot of money. I didn't expect much. However the beds and pillows were sufficient and comfortable. I asked for a first floor room and he told me that the air had been off for awhile in that room but the second floor rooms were nice and cool. We got in the room... Kicked the air on high... And went to eat to allow time for the room to cool. The room had a decent sized fridge and microwave. The staff was very nice. It seemed to be family owned. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of variety for breakfast. I know it was free continental breakfast but it was prewrapped pastries... Cereal... And coffee. Other than that I was OK with everything else.

It is what it is For the price you can't beat it!!!!! Clean regular hotel room.....no noise.... Near hobby airport.... Anybody on a budget this is a perfect hotel.... Its alot of nicer hotels in the area but at the price i stayed for its a great value!!!!!!

Convenient Very convenient given that it is about 5 minutes from the airport. The rooms were clean and the price was the best I found for being so close to the airport. The staff were very accommodating as well.
