Comfort The front desk lady and guy were very friendly, professional and polite. No issue with check in and also provided a crib for my baby. Room were clean and smelled fresh. Good breakfast. Located in a good area.

Smoking is more important than customer service Although the hotel is clean and it serves a good breakfast, we decided to rate it low for the following reasons: 1. Poor service - The desk help seemed more interested in smoking outside and talking on their phone (for 5-10 minutes or more) than waiting on multiple customers at the desk. 2. Low water pressure. The toilets are rigged with some gizmo that allegedly is designed to increase water pressure. Instead, the water pressure was so low that it took 3 flushes to flush a single piece of toilet paper. The sink barely ran and the shower also had low water pressure. 3. The bathroom door wouldn't shut.

Be Careful Reserved 2 rooms, one king and 2 doubles as I was traveling with my son and 2 of his friends. Arrived around 10pm and was told only 2 kings available. When I showed my reservation instead of an apology and reason why I was told/threatened that they could cancel my reservation. We took the 2 kings as it was so late. Honestly, as a minority female, I was not happy with the way I was treated and talked down to. Rooms were OK, clean, and adequate. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. No ice machine on the 1st floor have to climb to the 2nd floor. Upon leaving, I realized the hotel is surrounded by strip clubs. I will not recommend staying at this location.

Weed Motel As soon as I walked through the door all I could smell is marijuana. I mentioned it to the clerk and he stated someone walked by the door smoking it however when I went up to my room the entire floor smells of it and the room smells sour. Paid in advance and could not get a refund. Also the motel is not located in a good area.

unsaqfe area Wasnt sure of area so we booked room for Saturday for one night , coming into area found it to be kind of a slumy area, but checked in ,my red flag was when i was told to park in a specific area for my vehicle to be safe, until security monitors in the evening and placed a parking permit on dash so i asked is this area safe , but didn't get a comment back, so we checked in at 2:45 went out and came back in at 6 pm and saw to many people hanging out outside not sure if they were staying at Motel or what? so we checked out by 7pm and told receptionist that i did not feel safe, and he said i understand, I didint feel safe for my family , or my truck, then i get a email in a few days with my receipt for that day and seemed that i stayed there until next day , which is not true at all , I emailed them back and requested a correction but never got a reply to this date, will never stay in any of these branches ever again.
