Close to NRG and restaurants We were attending a concert at NRG Stadium. We had stayed at another hotel close to the venue a few years prior and had a terrible experience so we decided to try this hotel. Much better! It was clean, quiet, served breakfast and was a very quick walk to the stadium! Also had ample places to eat within walking distance! We never had to use our car once we checked in. That’s a plus in my book!

Worse experience ever DO NOT, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT stay there. Management knows peoples cars are being broke into every night and they do nothing about it! I was told by someone staying there that it happens every night and they park they’re vehicle in the front which only has 3 spaces and the cameras in the back are useless because these guys are still coming. I requested a refund to compensate for at least a portion of my windows and was told that we park at our own risk which is understandable but they don’t make you aware of what’s going on in their lot. It was a total of like 16-20 cars broken into and the local police states it happens every night and they have no security.

Beware No Hot Tub Beware. There’s NO Hot tub at this comfort as listed under trip advisor. Lucky I checked on Choice app and found out different, glad I didn’t book my stay there . I’ve noticed that many hotels that are listed with a Hot tub thru Trip Advisor there’s none best thing Checked with the hotel directly

Worst Comfort Suites……EVER Horrible front desk staff, Rough and dangerous part of town, nothing but sirens going every 1 hour or so. Loud people noises screaming and laughing from parking lot below windows. The elevator was broken. The curtains hanging down and shower dripping 24 hours a day. Breakfast was practically inedible, powdered eggs and cheapest bacon they could buy. Patronizing comments from uncaring manager, when discussing hotel issues. They will charge you if you don’t give them 24 hour notice if you have to leave earlier than planned. Shuttle to medical center was good actually, but they wouldn’t come and pick us up. They don’t care because they are right across the street from NRG stadium, so they charge people to park here during events. The sooner people quit staying here and give a proper review, the quicker things might change. For me I’ll be staying somewhere safer and more caring about my business, on my next medical stay.

Very stressful Our flight got in late, we got to the hotel 12:30 am. Told the clerk we needed the 7:30 am shuttle for am 8 am appointment she told us to just sign up so we did. 7:30 arrives, no shuttle, 7:45, nothing. He finally got there at 7:50 and blamed us for it, we didn't sign up, yes we did, we signed up too late, the clerk didn't tell us there was a a time limit. Then went discovered it stops at 2:30 pm each day which is not mentioned in the hotel website and made it useless to us the following day. The showering ripped all night, the pillows are flat and hard as a rock. The only thing that worked in the exercise room was the dumbells. Not the way you want to spend your time for a medical appointment. Very disappointed
