Good stay as always The hotel has good rooms but the breakfast is pretty typical for a normal inn. We had to wait a bit when we checked in after 3pm so it’s probably better to arrive a little later. Room service is polite and the bathrooms are clean. As usual the hotel is right next to the airport so you might hear the occasional plane above.

Unhappy with this Hampton Inn. I would not recommend for anyone to stay at this property. The Hampton Inn assistant manager overcharged my bill by $50.00. When I inquired about the overcharge, they claimed it was a late check out fee. I am a Diamond Life time member and I called the front desk to ask for a late checkout. The property manager never contacted me to clarify the situation. Very unethical behavior plus the property needs updating. Advice check your final bill for overcharges.

Does not meet my expectation for a Hilton property This property does not meet my expectations for a Hilton property. Lobby looks good, but don't be fooled. Room was marginally cleaned, e.g. bathroom floor not clean, sheets not clean. Security is marginal, e.g. door lock did not work and it appeared the door jam has been pried open at some time. Just not what a Hilton property should be.

Getting a receipt should not be that difficult after I give you money!! When i checked in around7 p.m., I was told my credit card was already charged at 1201 a.m. hummmm... I asked for my receipt, showing my room rate and taxes listed out. Front Desk associate couldn't print it then. I was assured I could get in atc3 a.m. when I was leaving because they do their audit at 12 midnight (because of their credit card charging procedure ). Needless to say. Couldn't get my receipt at 3 a.m. Mr Norman didn't do the job at 12 midnight. I have called the hotel twice so far, asking for Terry Traylor (general manager ). He always happens to have "just left the property ", according to Monica. Hey Terry, if you read this, just mail me my receipt. I have no way to print anything you might email, so USPS please. Monica said she gave to my info on Monday morning when you showed up for work. Maybe you could call.

Lovely Hotel It was my first time staying at this hotel and it will not be the last. Fidelia the receptionist was so nice and helpful during checkin . She was very apologetic as my room was not quite ready as the hotel was fully booked the night before. The room was clean and tidy with complimentary coffee. Two free bottles of water was also nice to get. The hotel offers free bus shuttle to the airport. I’ve seen other reviews about people complaining about being in the flight path from the International airport. There is a simple solution to that, book downtown Houston. Thanks again Fidelia for a lovely checkin.
