Great stay Great experience! We had lost power as did most of Houston and we booked our stay not expecting much. Wrong….the staff was making and welcoming. The hotel and rooms were amazingly clean and the bed was comfortable as heck. They also offered a great breakfest.

Stay only if desperate! Front desk agent was nice! The night auditor was very rude! The hotel was under renovation, hotel was dirty. Rooms were very small, the bathroom sink was loose, the bed was very low and cheap they had no extra blanket! Also I tried to purchase a drink from the market with my incidentals they said they could not do it I asked why they said if they charged for one thing it would take away our incidentals that was weird to me and never happed to me as well, this was the worse and most unpleasant stay ever! We are in process of moving so we’ve been staying in hotels until we find our home. We look for hotels that make us feel like we’re at home away from home. We did not get that here! If you just must stay here fine, but if you have options choose them over this! This place is a dump on the inside and beautiful on the outside, so be aware!!!

CANT GET NO SLEEP i gave it one star because they left a diaper under the chair since i got here the person at the counter wanted to come pick it up i said no tell the house keeping to pick it up the next day . they jobs was to make sure everything was nicely cleaned . i’m starting to think they don’t even change sheets . they left a diaper what else is they not cleaning ? the toilet wasn’t cleaned it had yellow stuff on the seats i had to clean it with my damn hand sanitizer that’s all i had & the diaper still there no i’m not touching it and not only that i stayed here to go to school the next day and was woken up at 6am while they was doing construction. it was non stop from 6am and so on . they don’t gaf that people be sleep they wanna start construction over my damn room at 6am inna morning . nailing stuff to the floor that was aggravating and it’s like they have no respect for guest who still be sleep . why start construction at 6 in the damn morning ?? why you couldn’t start it at noon?? i would not recommend staying here . you gon be woken up at damn 6am to construction sounds over your damn room

Terrible Customer Service I booked 3 rooms at this hotel in June 2022 because I was expecting 12 family members travelling from overseas that will attend my son's wedding. I booked the rooms using a third party (well-known) booking site. I was going to pay for all three rooms for their entire stay and put the name of a main guest for each room; although I was paying for them and gave the hotel my name and credit card. I went to the hotel to meet them and check my relatives in. The nasty receptionist told me that the reservations needed to be in my name to check the guests, so I accessed the third party Website and changed everything to my name. The receptionist just refused to check them in and told me that I "had to cancel the three rooms and rebook with them at whatever rate they had that night" (which of course it was more expensive. I called the third party company that booked the reservations and they tried by all means to talk to the receptionist to let my relatives in, but they refused. When I cancel the reservations for the three rooms the receptionist again refused to waive the penalty for late cancelation, knowing well the circumstances and I was charged over $230 and we did not even stay at the hotel. I felt helpless at that time. Neither the receptionist or the management of the hotel accommodated our needs, knowing full well that I had a valid credit card with enough funds to pay the 3 rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Terrible service!!! Inability to accommodate the needs of customers, absolute gritty attitude and mistreatment. In fact, I will never stay in this chain of hotels again and will make sure that my friends, acquaintances and family know about this incident. What I expected - the receptionist and the management of the hotel should have allowed the stay since I told them I was paying and proved to them that my credit card was valid (evidence is the over $230 that they charged for the late cancellation, which they were happy to stay with) and they were going to get paid. They should have been more customer oriented by finding an alternative to resolve the situation to the customer's needs. Instead they just decided to be nasty and unfriendly to foreigners that will leave back to their country with a sour taste in their mouth.

THE BEST HOTEL EVER!! all of the bad reviews are total lies, this hotel has to be one of the best ones I’ve ever stayed at in Houston, I have severe anxiety and the staff was so wonderful that all went away, The desk staff is amazing, they give the most amazing service, Chris and kateri were one of the best. don’t even get me started on the food, the food is to die for, I recommend the breakfast sandwich, the bistro staff brightened my morning. The rooms from the gym were all great, the bathrooms were so Nice and the beds were beyond comfortable, for my gym freaks out there the gym has so many amenities, medicine balls, cycles, treadmills, and much more. by far the staff has to be the best part of it all, shout-out to my guy Chris, ever get a chance to meet him make sure to use your outside voice. ps, tell him Bradie said hi
