Graduation event I recently had my son's graduation party at this hotel with guests arriving from London, Toronto, New York, Florida as well as many invitees from our home state of Texas. They all were extremely pleased with their rooms as well as the hotel staff. The graduation party was held in the hotel's ballroom. Every one was blown away by the exemplary service provided by Hanna and her team. They all went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. Watch out Hanna, we are coming back for sure! Thank you all for making this event a happy and memorable one!!

Absolutely crap hotel. Wifi internet is horrible: breaking up all the time or simply non existing. Breakfast is absolutely crap, days old bread, sugarish “yoghurt”, plastic plates, plastic cups, plastic cutlery? Really? Evening food is below any standard. No way I’ll ever stay in this hotel ever. Absolutely horrible experience, specially since there have been other Holiday Inn hotels worldwide which were more than OK. This hotel simply is not.

Mostly clean hotel, not the best experience Our family with kids stayed here for 3 nights. Staff were nice, and would have liked to rate it higher. But each day made the experience a little worse. Room was clean but some things overlooked and there are signs that this is an aging hotel in need of a refresh and/or more staffing. Cleanliness: Towels were washed but need to be replaced, many had large visible permanent stains you could see in the sunlight. Furniture also had a couple stains. Service: Housekeeping schedule conflicted with ours so front desk confirmed they’d send them while we were out. They never came. Amenities: Indoor pool and hot tub closed during our whole stay. Breakfast Buffet: One morning, no breakfast because they were short staffed. Another morning, most hot food items were gone by 9am and needed to flag down staff and wait for it to be refilled. Several other guests were also frustrated, some didnt have time to wait. A large group (very loud, screaming kids, slamming doors 40+ times - not an exaggeration) checked in after midnight. Cant blame the hotel for guests’ behavior, but given that the parking lot was never more than 20% full during our stay, I really wish the front desk would have been proactive enough to assign them rooms anywhere other than immediately next door to existing guests. We got a good deal on the room, but Im not sure Id recommend it. Could probably get a better overall experience at a newer, lower end property (like Holiday Inn Express) for a similar price.

This hotel needs a renovation and a decent breakfast I booked this hotel as it was close to a number of customers. As too often with Holiday Inn hotels, you have a big variety in what you get, and this one is not so good. I had a suite, that was very big - unfortunately so big, that you have no internet in the bedroom area. The shower took at least 5 minutes before the water was warm, the door (and this was not only in my room) were not well dimensioned: there was a gap between the door and the wall! The door of the shower did not properly close either. Luckily the bed was fine, and the room was clean. Looking forward to breakfast, buffet style... what a disappointment: this was far below what you typically get at a ... Holiday Inn Express. I decided to check out early, and look for another hotel. I will not return.

Dirty, old, needs refresh! We had to stay at this hotel over the weekend with our volleyball club to play in a tournament. Definitely would not have chosen this hotel on our own as it is in desperate need of repairs, cleaning and updating of rooms/ lobby area. Rooms had a range of smells from sewage to smoke to musty odors. The carpets were filthy with stains, bedding and towels were old as well as had stains. Bathroom- vanity area was wobbling when touched and wood warped on it. Shower had mold as well as rust and the shower head was not streaming water properly. Beds- Mattress was comfy, but sheets were old and stained. Pillows were uncomfortable. All surfaces in the hotel room were sticky with visible dirt. Closet shelf was warped and closet walls had visible mold on wall as well as very strong musty smell. Common area- was dusty and needed to be deep cleaned! Pool area ran out of towels. Breakfast- $10…. Absolutely not worth the $$. It is no different than any free breakfast from another hotel. Don’t waste your money. Front desk staff was friendly, but didn’t try to fix any issues. If you have an option of where To stay, choose elsewhere.
