Is this hotel still open? I stayed here back when I was going through hard times in Houston and let me tell you I couldn't wait to get back to my hotel room every night from work. It was comfy, inviting and cozy I loved my suite! I have been looking to rebook the hotel but since the pandemic I haven't been able to reach the property. None of the phone numbers work, the website is nonexistent, I can't get a hold of a reservation department directly for the property. I don't want to book through 3rd party because you never truly know what you are dealing with when it comes to 3rd party. Please tell me the new phone number, if the hotel is still available for bookings & a website I can go to make a reservation. This hotel was amazing and I want to relive my spectacular stay.

Middle of Nowhere We found ourselves unable to get our flights to Costa Rica due to some booking problems and after 12 hours at the airport resided to the fact we were stuck in Houston overnight and best option was to find a hotel close to the airport with a free shuttle service. Quick search on Hotels.com and this hotel fitted the requirements and price was reasonable so we made the booking and asked the nice lady at the info booth at the airport if she could help us get in touch with the hotel to arrange the shuttle. Shuttle organised we waited at the designated pick up point and close to an hour later it turned up. The driver apologised for the delayed popped open the side door of the van but gave no assistance with our suitcases. That was a first for us but hey guess he wasn't looking for a tip. Driving to the hotel I wasn't seeing and diners, takeaways or restaurants. We arrive at the hotel and it literally was in the middle of nowhere. The nearest place to eat was Burger King 1 km away. Try walking there after sitting around the airport for 12 hours carting your suitcase with you. No uber delivery in the area but there was chinese food delivery which the hotel had a menu in your room if you wanted to order. We got to our room and well it was furnished like the photo's on the website but definitely photo's must of been taken many years earlier as room was dated and worn. Lucky my wife was so exhausted she went for a bit of nap and didn't get up till time to leave next morning. I needed to arrange our flights for the next day and when I couldn't connect to the free internet, I started to get worried things were going from bad to worse. I called reception about it and was reassured it was something I was doing. I been travelling and using my laptop in hotels for the past 10 years and think I have hooked up to hotel wifi's in every way possible in Asia, USA, Austrlia and Europe and knew it wasn't me or my computer. So I took my laptop with me down to reception and asked if she could connect me. "Of Course Sir" she said. Couldn't get it connected and proceeded to show me on her computer she had a connection. I agreed yes she had a connection but the computer was connect by cable. I asked her to connect with her phone and guess what, phone didn't connect. I explained I needed to do some important bookings what's the solution. She assured me it would be up and working very soon. Ok so I left and went to the lift as I waited I noticed her unplugging some cables and plugging in other cables on the router. Got back to my room and low and behold internet working and fast too. Did my bookings then looked through chinese food menu and it had got so late that I had a protien bar kept for emergencies instead. Called reception to book shuttle for the morning to make our new flight, watched a bit of TV and went to bed. Can't say how good the bed was cause I too just crashed. In the morning left room with bags in tow, knew breakfast wasn't going to be much but it turned out better than expected and certainly kept us going till we got on our flight. If you find yourself in the same situation get the shuttle driver to stop at the Burger King or Lousianna Kitchen on the way to the hotel and get your food first or stay somewhere with a resteraunt and room service.

RUN Obviously employees leave the good reviews because it is disgusting here. Notice the good reviews are anonymous. That's because THEY leave those. Ever heard of BLEACH? IT ACTUALLY KILLS MOLD N MILDEW and algae. The mgr tried to tell me the algae was pink Cleaner, but I used to clean homes so I know better. I had to clean bottom of tub before I cld use it, AND DISGUSTING STAINED TOWELS. Bed is hard. Evening black beeep hung up on me twice and when I went down there she argued with me in front of other customers and very disrespectful. If staff feels free to do all those things mgmt allows it or she wldnt feel free to do it. Stained nasty couch. Old and dreary. Pool is black as hell, such a nice window view, haha. Clearly the mgmt here doesn't care about this dump they represent because it is nasty!

Great for a layover in Houston We had a layover in Houston and stayed at the Quality Suites for one night. We arrived around 930pm and left at 5am the next morning. The lady at the front desk when we arrived was so friendly. She called and arranged a taxi for us for the early pick up to the airport the next morning since the shuttle doesn’t start running until 6am and we needed to leave at 5. The room was dated but spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. If they ripped the carpets out of the rooms and put some hard surface flooring down instead it would make a big difference. If you are hungry grab something on your way to the hotel as there are no restaurants within walking distance. The water was sold out of the vending machine so you may want to pick that up in advance too. The lady at the front desk in the morning was equally as friendly and pointed us in direction of the coffee machines and kept us up to date on our taxi arrival since he was running a bit behind due to an accident on the highway. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Unsatisfied Diamond member Im currently staying at this hotel. Omg its very dated, the rooms are missing furniture, the remotes to the Televisions doesn't work, the towels and sheets are stained and smells. I asked for extra towels was told they are for the vacant room and if she has any left when she's done she may give me some. As a diamond member I couldn't get my complimentary update because the remotes controls doesnt work in the rooms. Breakfast was cold daily. The laundry room is a filthy. I couldn't even used the desk because there was not chair to sit in
