Great value, good night’s sleep Great bargain in north Houston! Room was clean, modern; beds comfy, sheets good. Air conditioning/heater worked quietly (so rare in budget motels!)… Only small complaint is that the hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work… Front desk manager was friendly and helpful (other staff encountered were less so) Overall, for the price, this place is great. I’d def stay again.

Great stay Nick was amazing the entire time I was a guest here, he worked with me on rates and created solutions for online and in hotel policy discrepancies. After that everything was awesome, clean rooms, comfortable beds extra pillows too. Also clean large bath area and cool walk in showers. Free simple breakfast is there to take advantage of but didn’t use it much since there are restaurants everywhere in this area just a few minutes drive.

Beware Choice Hotels Fail The place did not have a Sleep Inn sign, said something similar. Had my reservation, but incorrect type of room (single king, we needed 2 queens which my email verified). When tried to fix it, they wanted to charge extra to change rooms. So I left. When i called Choice Hotels to insure the room was cancelled, got the run around. Awful customer service.

Great hotel and Staff The hotel is great the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I stayed at the hotel as stop to visit family in Houston. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. I would have to say Cynthia has great customer service. She went above and beyond for me. As I was nervous traveling by myself, I had asked her if they had a shuttle, she informed me they didnt but called a taxi for me. She talked and kept me company as I waited for it to arrive. She was very helpful my whole stay, will definitely stay here next time I'm in town

This hotel does not follow the choice privileges program. Will not return to this motel. As I asked for the upgrade that comes with being a choice diamond elite member. The motel refused to honor told me that there would be an up charge if I wanted that upgrade. I called choice privilege customer service. The lady tried to call the motel and the guy at the front desk tried to tell her that there were no rooms available. She proceeded to let him know that they are showing available in the system. He then hung up on her. She called back and he still refused to honor the terms of a choice privilege diamond elite upgrade. Don’t expect good customer service at this hotel. Choice should really separate themselves from a motel like this that makes them look bad.
