Failed breakfast Was an alright room, didn't like the smell from construction,(dust, paint) contractor wasn't there half the time that I noticed. Breakfast sucked, pancake machine always empty,no cinnamon rolls, eggs were hockey pucks and sausage skin was hard to bite thru, potatoes where mushy, oatmeal slimmy, staff was nice, bed was comfy, room clean,if you want breakfast well plan to be disappointed. Had to go across the street one day and buy breakfast because there was nothing left to eat at 845 am,thought that was part of my room cost ,

Considering it’s in renovations… Stayed in holiday inns last 3 nights in Michigan. Considering it was a mess under renovation, it was the best one. Rooms were cleanest of 3. Service was good. Bed comfortable. Quite. Tanger outlet in walking distance. Easy in and out. Only negative comment was breakfast. Maybe it’s due to renovations not sure. Oatmeal so thick would not plop off spoon. Hard biscuits. Limited choices compared to others. Nice fruit.

Friendly & Accomodating! We were in town for a sports camp and stayed here for the weekend. The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even though we had to leave for a camp before hot breakfast was served, there were bagels, breads, cereals, and cold items available to eat. We will definitely be staying here again if in town!

Not going back When we got to the hotel and walked in to the front, I was really confused because I saw a guy sitting behind a desk and it looked to be a Jacuzzi room. They were under ruction. When I asked the guy if he knew anything about restaurants? He was completely unaware of any restaurants. The carpeting in our room was filthy dirty And stained. The hotel showed individual bottles of shampoo when in fact, they were just bottles of dove that were hanging on the wall. Lastly, common They didn’t have any cinnamon rolls and the woman told me they only put four trays out of cinnamon rolls for the entire hotel. The only benefit is it was near, the outlet mall. I would never stay there again though.

It's a Dump What a dump. They claim they're under renovations temporarily however one of the staff told me that it's been going on for a long time. The lobby is in a small, cluttered room with a bathtub in it. The front desk staff also do other tasks away from the "front desk" so I had to wait a while three times before they came back to their desk. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls all over the hotel. The front sliding door was broken so one had to hand slide it open and closed. The hotel is right next to the highway and on ramp so it's very loud. We had to hunt down sheets and blankets, and were not given a blanket because they didn't have any clean ones so they gave us a bunch of sheets. The breakfast was meager and pretty gross. There are far better places to stay than this.
