Sherry was wonderful! Sherry at the front desk when we arrived in the early AM hours on 6/5/21 very weary from traveling all day and a cancelled flight. Great trip The receptionist on 27 th Saturday night was great. Was very friendly and helpful. Voluntarily helped with everything we needed. Made our experience a great and comfortable one as we really needed the help at the time.

A VERY HORRIBLE STAY The manager"Robert Bond" notified my son that his employees were making fraud charges to his card. Now he's acting as if he don't know what's going on but he printed out the invoices for him, when my son told me about this I told Robert I would be taking action about this. He thought the MESS was funny. You don't play with people"s MONEY. On Saturday, March 13, 2021 I did contact Houston Police Department. After all was said and did Robert told my son he had to leave the Hotel at 7:00 pm. He asked if he could stay until in the morning he stated "No you have to leave now because you called the police." But be advised Robert didn't have a PROBLEM excepting food when it was brought to him but now he's CRAWFISHING. He also contacted Coporate trying to make my son out as being the villant. Mind you he had my son up all night walking the property for him, he's not the damn security officer and didn't get paid. The front desk employees are RUDD, Lisa and Marco. House Keeping terriable. 10:45 pm Saturday, we contacted Coperate also. Front enterance door has been broke forever, they are rudd when answering the phone. I was in the lobby one morning and listened to the head house keeper answer the phone. I told Robert but apparently he didn't take no action.

No breakfast Room was clean, priced a bit higher than other choice options.... absolutely no breakfast offered. Choice does disclose that some hotels may make modifications for covid, but I would have expected this to be listed at time of reservation or at least at check in. Our company stays at this hotel twice a month.... super disappointing.

Beyond disappointed I needed a hotel for one night in Houston, and my priorities (and search filters) were airport proximity and breakfast included. This hotel offered a reasonable price and had excellent ratings. After I checked in, I was told that breakfast has long been cancelled due to Covid. When I expressed my disappointment, the front desk told me to walk to IHOP down the road. Upon entering the room, I opened the refrigerator to put my food in, and see that there is a large glass full of ice and a red beverage in it. The fact that there was fresh ice in it meant that the previous guest(s?) left very recently. Considering that the hotel had many open rooms, I was not comfortable that the same room was recycled so soon, especially during this pandemic. Can they not alternate rooms to lessen the possibility of contagion from one set of guests to the next unaware guest?! Lastly, as I stepped into the bathroom, I slipped as the floor had a very oily-like, slippery coating on it. The next morning, I slipped again, and this time, did not catch myself on the counter. Fortunately, I was not injured, but this could have been quite dangerous. Whatever cleaning product is being used, please discontinue as the possibility of future accidents are quite high, also for the housekeepers! Please remove the breakfast offer on Booking.com as well as the hotel website until the service resumes again. To be told to walk down a dark airport road is not an option for a woman travelling alone in an unfamiliar city. Since the hotel provided an airport shuttle, perhaps a shuttle ride to a restaurant nearby could be offered. The forgotten item in the refrigerator was perhaps a random oversight. However, the misleading breakfast advertisement and more importantly, the lack of room rotation during this pandemic needs to be addressed immediately. If you are considering booking this hotel, please ask about the above mentioned issues to avoid a big disappointment.
