Incredible Experience! The staff is absolutely incredible! we received a very the warm welcome at check in from Chris and DeMarkus. The housekeepers cleaned our room when requested and did a great job as always. Breakfast was great. Hotel is very clean. Felicia at checkout was so pleasant. Great Hotel, Great Staff & Great Experience! Highly recommended!

Fine stop on the Road Driving up to Maine, this was our first stop. And it was fine, clean with a breakfast buffet. It included the usual fare but also had omelettes, potatoes and meat. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the friendly and efficient staff

Okay for one night, staff is very friendly Overall it was a positive experience. We stayed one night while passing thru town headed north. Easy access off the freeway and plenty of food options nearby. Hotel is a standard Hampton in design, amenities and service. Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was what you expect at this brand of hotel. Rooms are decent but the hotel could use a refresh of the decor and rooms as there was definitely some obvious signs of wear and tear. The HVAC did not work great as if we didn’t turn it way down it became very humid in the room. Also the noise from nearby rooms was obvious. We could hear TVs and voices thru the walls. Okay if you’re only staying one night but I probably would limit it to that.

Charged three times. Overall was satisfied with our stay but once I got three charges on my account it was a wrap. When we got there we were informed there was a water break but we were given an opportunity to go to another hotel. We opted to stay. After heading up to our rooms the hallway was filthy. We got there Friday and the mess wasn’t fully gotten up til Sunday. The lady serving breakfast was awesome!

Very nice stay on our way south Very clean. Nice staff. Great location close to highway and lots of restaurants & shopping. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Hilton Head. Do yourself a favor and call the hotel direct to get the best pricing… (704) 947-5510.
