She walked me through the consultation and was very knowledgeable about the laser hair removal process, which made me feel confident and informed. Shannah did an amazing job during the treatment, she made sure I was comfortable and at ease the entire time. She is very friendly and professional. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I’m very happy with my first visit

I have dark skin and have been coming here for months due to great results. Really glad I went with this office.

Went on a weekday and it wasn't packed at all, which I loved. The saunas and bath areas are clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. Food was also good and vary in price. Only thing I'd change is that I wish there were cold rooms/pools.

Easy check-in, lines were not long, and we were able to take our time with the services
